room for improvement but they’re helpful
staff training is lacking however they are the first ones to reach out if they find a problem on their end and then are quick to fix it, which i really appreciate.

There were some missing details on a parcel I was returning. The parcel connect team contacted me and resolved the issue. I really appreciated this as it meant that I didn't have to chase the return to figure out why it hadn't been completed. A very pleasant company to deal with.
