We started Daisy Park because we love shopping! When it comes to the internet, we wanted to capture the buzz and excitement that you get when you buy from a shop. We want your internet shopping to be personal. We started small in 2007 with a market stall and learned our trade from the bottom up. We now have a beautiful lifestyle store in South Molton, Devon and the Daisy Park website selling goodies that we love ourselves, and that we would be really excited about to have in our own home. But it’s not just about the products we sell; we set out to make our service the best it could be. So whether ordering online or buying in store we'll be delighted to see or hear from you. Take a look at many of the key brands available with us from Emma Bridgewater to Pip Studio, plus Jellycat, Chillys bottles, East of India and Gisela Graham gifts and decs. We have a kaleidoscope of colour gifts and cards and we can even gift wrap your goodies, write a card for you and send with love on your behalf.

First class all the way
Good selection of products. Unfortunately one item arrived damaged in transit…. Absolutely first class service to replace it. Definitely would use this store again and highly recommend it! Brilliant customer service

Like brand new, wrapped beautifully
It was wrapped beautifully and had a lovely message. The item was in fantastic condition. Almost like brand new.

Watch the prices and what you are Charged!
First off charged £4.50 for a candle that was marked at £3.50. Pointed it out then charged £4.00 for the same candle instead of £3.50.
Then charged £4.50 for a pebble that was labelled at £4.00. Staff member then claimed the pebble was £4.50 but customers had obviously knocked the price off. No apology. Not impressed. Fortunately I was on the ball and noticed the wrong prices others may not.
Thanks for your reply but you are missing the point. Had I not pointed out that £4.50 was the wrong price and then pointed out that £4.00 for the candle was the wrong price I would have been overcharged as the incorrect amount was twice shown on the payment terminal. The pebbles were shown at £4.00 NOT £4.50. As clearly shown as £4.00 should I not have been charged £4.00 not £4.50? Poor customer service and no apology. Won't be shopping with you again. You were happy to overcharge me.

Dear Sue, I’m sorry you had a poor experience in the shop. Can I confirm you were charged the correct prices in the end please? We always try to delight our customers but on this occasion we haven’t been able to achieve that.
I’ll review this with the team so we can learn from your feedback.
Upon checking your purchases I can see you were charged the correct amount for the pebble and I’m sorry the pricing label had been moved to the wrong location, but I can see from the system that the price you were charged for the candle was £3.50. But if you feel you were still over charged for the candle please feel free to reach out .
