I made a mistake with my sign up offer & cashed out when I shouldn’t have. Contacted help centre where I spoke with Alan. He resolved the issue as a gesture of goodwill. No nead for him to do that as it was my mistake. Very grateful for this and thanks again Alan.

Claimed I did not 'opt in' to their welcome offer, and refused to help in any way, even if it was a genuine mistake. They seem more than happy to take my money, but not so happy to generate any kind of goodwill to future or existing customers. absolutely scam company. They ask for verification documents after you have won and want to withdraw money. If you lose they don't ask for any documentation. You can never withdraw any money because on email you are just talking to robots who will never pass your verification.
