I bought what looked like a beautiful forest-style ring, advertised as high quality.

When the ring arrived, it was not the same. And it was cheaply made.

I asked for a full refund with a return label, as I did not want something that looked so horrible.

They tried to offer me only a 15% refund, plus a 30% off shop voucher. Why on earth would I purchase such tacky items again?

I am now contacting my bank to initiate a refund.

I bought a pan described as a Titanium pan. Because of all the emphasis on Paris on the website & the name of the country (they have physical addresses in UK & France on their website) I assumed I'd be getting a great alternative to the titanium pans sold in UK.
The pan arrived after a long wait. I started to worry. It arrived with a booklet in Chinese & English & I realised this had come from China not Europe. I asked for a refund. After many email exchanges I was offered 40% refund. I felt obliged to accept & get something back. I've used the pan a few times following the instructions on the leaflet. It's not non stick. It's not possible to make an omelette or pancake in it. I couldn't honestly give it away. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.
