Easy commuication and smooth handover both ways. First time with Parkair ... booked via APT.

No problems at all very easy directions to drop car off with a video as well very helpful.Literally within few walking distance to departure .Picking up car was just as easy within 10 minutes of arriving to pick up point.Very good communication fully recommend.would use again.Car still in one piece no damage.

Provided loads of photos of car from all angles inc mileage at both times.

We would like to thank and praise Parkair247 for all their help and kindness during our recent holiday - our flights were cancelled to Doha and we had to extend our holiday by 3 days and secure new flights back to the UK.
I emailed Parkair247 to advise what had happened and if they could still look after our car until we could get back - they confirmed that they could and that it would cost £25 a day to cover the costs, which we felt was very reasonable. Then our terminal was changed from T4 to T2 and after calling them at T2 they very kindly brought our car to T2 to save us having to get a train to T4! Amazing service and really helped resolve a stressful situation. Thanks very much to all the staff who helped us!!

The team that handled my parking have been outstanding. Despite multiple cancellations and rescheduling of my flight due to the war in the middle East they kept supportive and patient. They communicated through WhatsApp clearly and timely and they accommodated changed patiently. The instructions they provide are clear and precise. They email multiple pictures of the car on drop off to give a pre-parking proof of condition and the same at the end. I'm delighted with their ethics and would look to park with them next time. A special mention to Dinesh who showed an excellent compassionate working ethic.

We used Parkair for a recent flight out of Heathrow, where we were leaving the car for a month.
The whole experience from collection to return was seamless and great value.

First time of using this company, but definitely won’t be the last. Dropping the car off and handing over was easy. The email with pictures of the car on handover arrived promptly and was very reassuring.
Our original return should have been March 2nd, flying with Qatar Airways .
Unfortunately, due to the situation in the Middle East, this didn’t happen. We contacted the company via telephone to inform them of this dilemma. They were very reassuring that the car would be safe with them until our return. They then followed the call up with a text saying that and asking us to let them know when we had a return flight.
The return flight for us was 10 days later, and to a different terminal. Again we were reassured that all would be well. There was an additional charge to pay, that was very reasonable.
Upon returning to Heathrow and collecting luggage, we called them and they said the car would be 20 minutes and told us where to collect it , because it was a different terminal.
The staff on departure, and collection were really friendly, and on the phone calls from Singapore, were really helpful and reassuring.

So impressed the whole process from arrival to collection was slick. No waiting around. We had a 24 hour delay on our flight all resolved very easily over WhatsApp. Will be using again and would reccomend!

Good communication and successful parking at both drop off and pick up

On the plus side, when we eventually reached the terminal car park at Heathrow, the Parkair rep was very helpful. And the whole process on our return was completely smooth, with the Parkair driver even insisting on lifting our cases into the boot of the car.

The minus was our numerous phone calls with the Parkair operator as we drove to Heathrow. It was the M25 journey to beat all journeys. We had left in time to be early to Heathrow in any normal circumstances. But the rain was unrelentingly heavy. An hour after setting off from home, we had travelled about 10 miles yet the satnav had our “time to destination” as higher than when we had left the house. What we most certainly did not need was grief from Parkair whilst we struggled with the drive, but grief was what we got. At one point we were told that if we weren’t there shortly, Parkair would desert us. I think that the operator relented on this threat only because my wife and I both barked at him. Having left home at 3.20 pm for a drive of normally about an hour, we eventually arrived at around 6.15pm instead of the booked 5pm. Annoying for Parkair and for us but hardly a crazy time of day and an airport parking company should be well able to deal with such delays.

Even if we had had such an awful journey as to arrive at 2am, if you call your company Parkair247, you need to provide your service 24 hours per day.

Really great location with the Meet and Greet. We were running ahead of schedule so had a little wait when we arrived. They took the car over and took photos that were immediately emailed over for our records to show how the car was when they took it, including the mileage (they drive it off site).

The communication beforehand was great. The night before we received messages to advise of location, procedure, a video showing the route in and reminders of the ULEZ area.

Coming back we called after collecting our baggage and they arrived in the time they said they would (20 minutes). Looking at the mileage they drove and the battery % used (EV), they drove the car sensibly as well.

Booked Parkair 247 for first time and never used meet/greet before. Service was great and no issues. Would definitely recommend to use them
