On the original page it stated that…Bait and switch
On the original page it stated that there was shuttle service to TPA and that it ran every 15 minutes. After I booked the parking, the site says there is no shuttle service and I should use Uber or Lyft. Not what I'm looking for.

Your barcode and confirmation were sent to your mns.com email address, could potentially be in a Junk/Spam folder but it was definitely sent. Did you try to contact us prior to parking?

I prepaid my parking and was told just to present the letter indicating I had prepaid and the person at the checkout acted like they had never seen anything like the confirmation I showed. Was very inconvenient for me and the people lining up behind me!
