Shuttle service
I had come to park my vehicle for 3 days and while departing for my trip it went smoothly but when I came back, I was treated very poorly by the shuttle driver. While waiting to board the gentleman said to show “paper”, I said which paper, so I pulled my phone out and showed my reservation number. Then the driver said “no the paper you get”, so I said “sir what paper I don’t have any paper they never give any paper to me” then the driver said “get out of my bus” and I said “excuse me, I have my car parked at the park and fly” then he said “I remember you, I gave you a paper and dropped you off”, but the driver was so excited to say even though he was not we had a female lady drive us from the parking to the airport. So I asked the driver “what day did you drop me off” and he showed a finger and walked away”. I hope park and fly reaches out to this matter with me… as talking with other people around they stated his health does not look okay to drive and perhaps may not be fit to drive.
Lost luggage? No problem.
Dropped off our vehicle at the valet location on Airport Rd at Pearson in Toronto. Upon our return from Europe we forgot to place a carryon piece of luggage into our car. A quick call to Park 'N Fly customer service (yes they answered the phone at 3:30 am!) confirmed that the luggage indeed had been placed in the lost and found department. We were able to retrieve said piece the next day. Staff were happy to serve.....I will always use their services on future flights out of Toronto.

When I came back from my vacation to pick up my car from self park my car door was open I spotted to the guard and supervisor they didn’t know what happened and they checked me overcharges

One of the worst parking lots. Their customer service sucks and employees are very arrogant
I am a frequent flier and always parked my car there. But will never park anymore
Their system recently got changed. Earlier I would get a text message with a barcode when I made a reservation. After I scanned my parking ticket I scanned the barcode the discount applied. But this time it didn’t work. I was charged 90$ for 2 days. And my car was parked at self park. This is highway robbery. There was a supervisor who was doing his rounds. He was no help when I asked him. He was in his own world.called customer service and lady on the line was arrogant. This is the worst parking place. It is cheaper for me to take Uber
Negligent Customer Service at Dorval Park'NFly
I used Dorval Valet Park'NFly for 8 days with a pick up on Dec 2, 2023. To my dismay, found a large gash on my front bumper. Repair estimate from a reputable body shop is just under $1500. Contacted Park'NFly and was told "will reply to your complaint asap" as well as "willing to make a gesture of goodwill". It's 8 weeks later and no resolution. Amine Chtaibi and Christian Ngala have rendered to be useless - not sure if it;s them or direction from above. The repair cost is one thing but their negilgent customer service makes it even worse. Their motto appears to be "overpromise and underdeliver". I suggest alternative parking lots be used.
App price not agreeing with quote
Parking for 7 and a half days. Quoted (on my reservation) $186 (which I think is high to begin with). Using the app when I arrived, it told me the charge was $222. I spoke to the counter representative, and on showing him the quoted rate, that is what I was charged. No explanation given for why they wanted to charge $222. This really makes me suspicious if this happens often to others. No trust left in this company!

Long time client
Long time client, I liked their service until they messed up our vacations, lost/stole the keys of our vehicle and forced us to pay for parking and valet nonetheless. Follow-up with management was even worse, they just don't care and threaten you instead. If you value your car and belongings and if you don't want to end your trip in a bad mood, just go any place else.
