Great company, would 100% move with them again. Jay was incredibly helpful, personable and flexible with the planning of our move, which took nearly two years to finally come to fruition! It was really easy to send a video of our belongings which allowed them to accurately assess what size van we'd need and how many packers, no need for us to estimate at all.

The team that came to pack were absolutely brilliant. Packed up for us the day before, very efficient and with a sensible strategy leaving us with things we'd need for the final nigh. Then came back the following day and very efficiently packed the remainder of our belongings and transported them to our new home. Our sofa didn't quite fit where we had hoped to put it, but the team gave us a moment amid the room-switch confusion to make sure we were happy where all the large furniture items ended up.

Unfortunately, the mirror on our wardrobe cracked in transit, but all of our glassware and framed pictures made it intact. The guys alerted us to the damage as soon as they discovered it and we've had a very satisfactory settlement with no quibbles or pressure. Again, Jay could not have done more to apologise and make sure we were happy.
We don't plan on moving again any time soon, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for packing and removals.

These guys are absolutely brilliant at what they do. The communication from Jay and the attitude and team ethic from the guys is outstanding. The dealt with a really awkward move with a load of heavy garden items and really poor access to the new house like it was normal. There was a lengthy delay in getting access to the new house meaning they were finishing up at 9pm, even at that point they wanted to put boxes in the correct rooms and get heavy items into position. Unbelievably good service. Well done guys!

Parkway Removals did a superb job for us last week. The super-efficient team came on Tuesday to pack up our belongings and the following day to load the vans and deliver them to the new house. The team was, at all times, careful and respectful of us and our belongings. We were very impressed by the speed and effectiveness of their work and would recommend them highly.

We have been very pleased with the service received from Parkway. From the initial survey which was done via video call, to liaising with the move manager Jay, through to moving day, everything went smoothly without any issues. I had considered 3 companies for our move, very glad I chose Parkway. An efficient and reliable company.

Ordered two 7.5 tonne and one 3.5 lorry for the removal of our houses. They turned up in smaller vans so had to call for another which took an hour. We was then late from leaving our old homes. During the move our TV was broken. Finally got a claim placed in. Nearly 5 months later they do not answer their phones, emails or left messages. We still have not received any communication to replace the broken tv

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

We have been waiting for compensation since our move in September where the removal men ripped out the cables on our lazy boy sofa, scratched the TV and lost screws for the PC Monitor, they will stop answering calls and emails even though Adam has admitted that there were failings and the insurance company has so called been told.. no contact for months.. shameful company do not give them a dime of your money, you have been warned!!!

April 2024 - I have been contacted by the new management of Parkway and have been reimbursed for the damage and distress caused. It took over 18 months to get the response, however I understand there are mitigating circumstances and they are keen to make recompense - which is very much appreciated. I have therefore revised my 1star review to 3stars.

30/11/22 I used Parkway to move me from Bicester to Faringdon in October.
Items have been broken (electric bathroom mirror) damaged in transit (2 x shoe racks) and the property damaged during the removals (broken spindles on the stairs).
I had to return to the property the following day and was aghast to realise that I needed two subsequent trips to collect a number of items that had been left behind (mirrors, kettle, mats, dustbins, pots, rugs, garden equipment). It was just as well I wasn't part of a chain as this would have been very awkward!
I have complained weekly since the move and had no response. I am therefore having to resort to small claims court.

A company with a real “ can do” attitude led by Adam, ably supported by a happy team.

These guys were amazing, friendly, courteous, treated our goods like they were their own and when we had a late move on the day due to delays with solicitors, they pulled out the stops and made sure we were in our house in the evening. Super hard workers and would highly recommend!

Had a pretty traumatic experience in a house chain, where we effectively were left homeless at the last minute for a week, leaving us to have to book two moves quite closely. We initially used Anyvan due to what I assumed was "convenience" but it actually ended up adding to our troubles as the removers had a horrible attitude and destroyed property, for which we're having to claim compensation. So, for the second move, I was determined to be super careful and opted for Parkway Removals after requesting a quote online and Adam following up swiftly on a call to offer their services. After a lovely chat and explaining what we had just been through, I could not have been more reassured by the initial phone call. The quote offered was an absolute bargain, especially considering this was booked less than a week in advance, and Adam and his team made sure to follow up on any queries I had and last-minute changes.

The second moving day experience could not have been any more different to the first one. The two removers that turned up were super friendly, polite, respectful and careful with our belongings. Nothing was too heavy or too much trouble. We then all left at the same time and met them on the other side, where they again carefully unloaded all our items and went on their way.

I cannot repeat this enough, the difference in service was like night and day. Parkway Removals are a prime example of excellent customer service and care and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a smooth moving day.

The service received was exemplary - Adam was an absolute pleasure to deal with and showed us immense patience and understanding despite several moving date changes. He was so reassuring through what was an already stressful situation, and checked in with us a number of times before and on moving day to make sure we were supported. The moving team on the day were so quick and efficient, and were patient enough to wait for us while we travelled behind them with our small children. I can't rate this company highly enough, and would jump to recommend them to anyone needing removal services in the future. 10/10!
