The food was great as always but the delivery driver was pretty rude which has happened to us before, both in store and for delivery. I would expect more given it's a local family run business.

Simple website to use and shopping is so much the better when Parson's Nose give you a discount voucher with 35% off. We chose Lamb Kebabs, again, as they BBQ wonderfully.

My wife and I have often bought stuff (e.g. Xmas turkeys) from your Fulham branch. But she gave up trying to get through your emails and, now she's ill, I tried again. What a drama! It may partly be my fault but I got stuck on "Chat", which gave automatic answers, not any to the one I asked, and wouldn't go away! I restarted my computer and still it was there, blocking further progress. Then, without apparent reason, it went away and I made an order. I'm maybe not very techy, but I found it easier to get a flight to Greece!

Ordered a fillet of beef. The team were very kind and helpful. Product was great.

The overall experience has been excellent and simple. smooth delivery, updated throughout the process. What makes it better is the meat supplied was amazing. Next order incoming.............. Thanks Tony and Serena

Excellent butcher . Excellent service

Products and service in the shop are both exceptionally good which is the major thing.
The website works very well. One minor suggestion: I keep having to enter my mobile number each time I place an order even though it is stored on my account.

My slightly bigger gripe is that I can't use the mobile app at all because the PNose screen covers up the controls on my Google Pixel phone. It just needs to be moved up a bit. I have written you about this once or twice already!
