Great service and great quality everyone. Only reason I knocked one star off was because I felt the website was not so easy to generate an account, or know if you have an existing account or not from the website design and therefore whether you are going to get an account login reset email or not - as it doesn’t say if it recognises the email you’ve put in or not - just says an email has been sent (even if it hasn’t).
However it does not take away from the fact that Parson’s Nose is a fantastic butcher and online service and Customer service is always very responsive. And great offer codes for existing customers. So overall very happy.

I’ve been a regular for years and the meat quality has never let me down — still excellent, and still the reason I keep coming back. The pricing is what’s harder to ignore. The offers landing in my inbox largely just bring things back to where prices sat in 2024, which starts to feel less like a saving and more like the real price. As a long-standing customer I’d rather see straightforward pricing than wait for the next code. Still a very good butcher — this is a nudge, not a complaint.

I order meat and prepared ready meals from the Parson's nose on a regular basis. The staff are always polite and helpful. I particularly like their membership club and accumulate points which can be used to purchase products. Its also a good idea to subscribe to received their promotional discounts.
