Be very careful. Dont think the page is legit.

Ordered with them 10 days ago. Items have not even been shipped at this point. Confirmation email came from Hotpoint, Customer services links to Hotpoint. But they claim they are not affiliated with the page and can not support. So, why would the page be linked to CS from Hotpoint, if they are not affiliated with them unless they are a scam page?

I bought/recieved the wrong item

I bought/recieved the wrong item. Spent hours trying to get through on the phone with no success. Tried online chat and Whatsapp all saying ring the same number. Eventually was given an email address but that didnt work. I wish now I had bought it from Amazon. At least they reply to any requests.

Website is really hard to navigate but…

Website is really hard to navigate but found the part in the end. Control board had corroded on top of dishwasher panel which is a really bad design. Out of warranty so had to buy a new one. Cost of item and postage was astronomical, £17 to post a control board 10cm x 2cm x 2cm . Item must have cost all of 50p to manufacture. Had no choice as the part was unavailable anywhere else.

No customer service

No customer service. Chat feature starts with a robot then a 'human' who can't assist with advice on the appliance. I called and wasn't able to speak with the Parts Team (as the chat recommended). Then I tried the Whatsapp feature, which also didn't help give advice on the appliance.

They supplied the correct part for an old cooker

They Supplied the correct part for an old Cooker identified the correct part and sent it out within a few days the cooker was 19-20 years old the lower pan draw front but the cooker was still in working order in the past they supplied a new oven element but apart from that has not been a problem it was very easy to arrange with a helpful person to help identity correct part Thanks Andrew

Shoddy manufacturing

Shoddy manufacturing, Useless AI chat and no respect for customer time. If you call and need a spare part for your appliance, they'll make you press 10 different options then at the end tell you they can't answer your call and ask you to go to live chat. When you go to live chat, the useless AI doesn't give you an option to purchase a part through the 10 year guarantee, that's if their terrible 2008 era website works. Steer clear of this terrible company and buy yourself a Bosch or Siemens version of whatever you were thinking of buying. I'm annoyed that my housebuilders decided to load up my entire kitchen with indesit's garbage which will be off to the tip as soon as they decide to stop working (2-3 year lifespan at best for most things).

Edit: To the company who responded to me below. Please, kindly take your contact information and put it where the sun don't shine. I've had enough of you patronising lot to be talking to you again. Your company should be investigated for your misleading "10 years parts guaranteed" advertising.

Still waiting

Ordered parts on 19th November and still not arrived (5h December) can’t get any sense out of Evri and the customer service at Indesit is non existent. Why has the retail world got so bad

Website is broken

Website is broken. I have tried for weeks to order a part for my tumble dryer. I am unable to proceed to payment after entering my address.

I have tried on Android phone, iPad Windows and Mac with no luck.

I have reported the issue 3 times on chat over the past month and all they can offer is a callback to order the part.

Thankfully the Hotpoint website has the same part and it worked.

Website is full of broken links. When I punched in model number or the part number from manual nothing happens. Chat does not work. Pretty much a total waste of time. Do not recommend this site for anyone serious about getting information or ordering parts.

Impossible to get a hold of

I don't usually post these but I'm so irritated I had to! I accidentally placed an order so I wanted to cancel; this should be a simple process, right? The WhatsApp chatbot doesn't process cancellations, the live chat links are all totally broken, and their customer service line is intimidating and ropes you into an opt-out mailing list. Such an unfriendly and unhelpful business. I regret not reading the other reviews here first; on their website they say they have a Great score on Trustpilot which is just a flat-out lie.

Misleading website and useless customer service

The website had no picture of the product I ordered and no description. The product name was .....Glass Shelf.... with lots of numbers. Naturally I assumed I was getting a glass shelf, but what was delivered was a plastic shelf trim. I called the customer service phone number to discuss this. I listened to recorded messages for 10 minutes and then was told no one was available, that I should use the web chat, and then the phone hung up. I then used the web chat, I typed messages to someone or a bot for 10 minutes and was then told to telephone the customer service number that I had already called and being hung up on by. This is useless customer service.

Thanks for your response on here Whirlpool. I just called the number you told me to in your reply. I spent 10 mins responding the the robot (again) then it told me (as it did yesterday) that everyone is busy and I should contact you on the web chat (which I also did yesterday). As per my review. Your web chat told me to call the phone number. Thanks for responding to this 1* review, but you have just wasted even more of my time with no attempt to rectify the issue.

OMG this is an awful company

OMG this is an awful company. I am waiting to have my dryer fixed since October 2023. They are sending ingineers out without the part, they written on the reports that the job was fixed but the inginer didn't came at my address first of all because he couldn't find it secondly he didn't have the part with him. I had about 9 appointments till present, and nothing happened, sometimes the costumer service are rude one lady she even raised her voice to me. I have been asking for a timescale of repairs procedure she told me that they don't have something like this. I have maybe a complaint over the phone and one in written via post on 30th of January, I phoned them this Monday and I was been told that a supervision will call is nearly Saturday at this time when I am given this feedback and no one had called me back. I probably drop my dryer and laundry in front of them building, they can enjoy my money for an appliance who was ruined in less then one year. I will never buy from PC CURRYS and INDESIT EVER AGAIN!

Dodgy warranty rules

Our washing machine is 11 months old and keeps not spinning despite making sure we don't overfill it.
Indesit have said that we'll be charged a callout fee if they come to look at it and it works fine. I tried to explain that its an intermittent problem but that its happened at least 20 times, there is 100% a fault. But I imagine it'll work fine the time they come & we'll be stuck with a broken machine. I do not trust companies like this whatsoever.

We needed a new seal for the glass on…

We needed a new seal for the glass on our oven. The first part to arrive was incorrect, so now becoming suspicious this time I measured it before ordering. I was hardly surprised when he told me that the 'correct' one won't fit either. The rather uppity advisor I was speaking to on this occasion couldn't (or wouldn't) put me through to a technical department, or supply a longer seal that I could cut to length. Useless, they don't even know their own products. Now I have to return the item using a drop-off facility at a supermarket fibe miles away, despite living by a post office. Two stars only because the first two people I spoke with previously were friendly. Yet another example of a simple job made impossible by incompetent and unwilling service. I now have to resort to glueing the old one back on, well done Indesit!

I ordered a spare part a week ago

I ordered a spare part a week ago. The company sent a tracking number with DPD which did not work. The tracking (and DPD when contacted) said Indesit has printed out a label but not actually handed over a parcel to DPD. I contacted Indesit's online support (which turns out is actually Hotpoint) and informed them. They refused to assist, were rude and uncooperative and refused to cancel the order, which is illegal under UK Distance Selling regulations. I then resolved the matter through my payment provider who refunded. I'm disgusted by the behaviour of Indesit / Hotpoint - who effectively took the order, took the money and didn't deliver - and when challenged refused to assist or cancel the order. Avoid this company.

Worst Quality EVER!

We had the great pleasure of having 4 Indesit appliances in our new build house. They come with a 10 year warranty - WOW! This is of course a scam, trying to get you to spend 3 pounds a month per appliance and ONLY parts are included.
In the first 3 months in the house the fridge, dishwasher and oven broke, each taking more than 1 month to fix! Crazy. Will kick them all out now and buy good Bosch appliances.

Poorly labelled website and extortionate prices

I bought a replacement cover fix for my dishwasher that was broken by an indesit engineer when they came to repair a pump. I paid £13 in total (£10 + £3 delivery) for a part that must cost pennies to make only to find out only the right hand cover fix was included, the side of the cover fix was not included in the title of the part, only in the middle of a paragraph of text. I then had to use the search function to find the left hand one as it was about 100 parts lower than the right hand one. Complete rip off, I wouldn't have paid the other £13 if I had any other option.

Disinterested Customer Service

Indesit (Hotpoint) have made a major stocking error resulting in incorrect parts shipped out to customers.

Unfortunately, Indesit (Hotpoint) are not interested in correcting this error.

Part no: C00290628 is the lower hinge and pin on several models of fridge-freezer.

Indesit (Hotpoint) have - in their supply chain - placed a completely different part into the C00290628 packaging. In their warehouse, they have mis-stocked the incorrect part under the part number.

Consequently, customers cannot obtain the correct part.

Whether you buy direct from Indesit (Hotpoint) or via a reseller, it does not matter (as the resellers obtain the part directly for re-sale from Hotpoint). I have now received THREE incorrect parts from TWO different sources. Both sources obtained the part directly from Hotpoint.

I have raised this - and provided photographs - to Indesit (Hotpoint) via "chat", telephone, and WhatsApp.

They simply cannot be bothered to solve this.
