Indesit Parts Avis 

This company has to be a scam?? Placed an order didn't receive an email confirmation for a start. Paid for next day delivery still no communication. Went back to the "website" to ring them, the phone number doesn't exist, the live chat doesn't work & wait for it whatsapp that they don't respond to after several messages sent. A company using whatsapp just says it all really total scam!! Oh & cant enter order number because i never got one!!

TOOK MY MONEY 5TH DEC THEN DECIDED TO PLACE THE ITEM OUT OF STOCK IT IS NOW THE 3 JAN AND I AM TOLD WEEK 1 OR 2 OF THIS YEAR BEFORE THEY GET THE PART I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Part out of stock so I had to wait for delivery. The part was just delivered and I was not given notice that it was coming, fortunately, someone was home to take delivery.

Unfortunately the fan oven heating element took over a week to arrive even though I'd paid for special delivery and the part was so damaged that it couldn't be fitted. I'm still waiting for replacement part 4 weeks later!! And over Christmas too!!.. order from alternative suppliers and not original spares is my advice.

Needed my 2nd son to identify the part, but grateful it was small.
Part came as expected.
1st son fitted it....a little difficult.
An end to washing up again.
My 1st dishwasher 1966 was an Indesit

It was very difficult to fit the drawer front. Fitting instructions would have been helpful.

A very easy and satisfactory process. I was able to identify the required part from the machine diagram and order it . The delivery was prompt and the item well packaged.

Easy to find the parts once I had the right appliance model number.
It would be more helpful if the codes were clearer. There are numerous codes on each appliance and not entirely obvious which each one means. The website showed where the model number was but for a newer version so completely useless as it was different and in a different location.
Would it be so hard on the product label in the item to actually write
"model number:xxxxxxxxxx"
Apart from that the fridge door shelf fitted perfectly and am very please with the replacement.

I ordered a replacement door on line giving the model number. I wasn't asked fpr a serial number and so when the door arrived it had a different locking mechanism to the the door it was replacing. I have had to send it back. the lady i spoke to however was very helpul and gave me a returns number for a refund but I still had to pay to send it back myself

They're asking me for a review and the parts haven't even arrived! Now 3 weeks late and no response from Indesit as to when we can expect delivery!!

The part that I needed was easy to order and arrived in good time. I am happy that my cooker is now back in full working order.

Paid for next day delivery for new thermostat for oven but part took two days to arrive. Spoke to customer service dept who were very apologetic and helpful. After explaining delivery issues that they were experiencing they said delivery charge would be reimbursed. Part has been fitted and is working perfectly. I would use this site for parts in the future.
