Ana has been brilliant and helpful with processing everything for my first big bike!

Unfortunately the item was sent out damaged with attempted touch up marks to cover up the scratches.
But delivery was excellent

Im glad it reached you quickly but with regards to the condition can let us know what damage you are referring to as looking at the listing images there are number of scratches that are visible in most of the images. If there was damage not visible on the listings i'd be happy to discuss a partial refund or of course you can return the item for a full refund?
