I paid extra for express shipping because I urgently needed these parts, but my order was delayed and the express shipping service was not provided. I also received no response to my emails or phone calls for two days, which was very frustrating. The seller eventually replied by SMS and agreed to refund the extra amount paid for express shipping, which I appreciate. However, the poor communication and delay caused significant inconvenience. I hope they improve their customer service and dispatch times.

I placed an order on 23 June and paid extra for express shipping, I still haven't received my order.

I ordered this part almost 2 weeks ago. I have sent several follow up enquirie. I have not has a ingle reply or update.

According to statistics almost one third of their clients have been swindled. They have my money (over $500) and the returned goods and are keeping both. Their stock response to complaints is simply a diversion to leave a good impression. Stay away, they are internet experts creating financial theft at scale. Good product, paid for quick delivery but was very slow getting it

Ordered a radiator fan for my sons mazda2. After the order and $ went through, I get an email saying they can’t deliver to the NT but the NT was on the fright list. I was offered to pay more $ for extra fright or offered a refund. I asked for a refund. 6 months later and many emails and phone calls that are not answered I am still waiting. I have decided now to let people know of my situation. I would recommend another supplier.
