Never Again, ordered a and paid for the part.
Receive a tracking number that always come up with "Nop Details" even after waiting the initial 48 hours.
2 weeks later, I get an ambiguous email telling me that the part cannot be found and asked if I would like a refund, however 2 lines down in the same paragraph it says, but if the part is found in the next few days it will be shipped. I immediately replied asking for the refund.
After about 4 more days, and due to not knowing whether it had been sent or not (especially after receiving the Tracking Number), I sent 3 unanswered emails asking as to whether it had been shipped or not.
It wasn't until I complained to PAYPAL, that I received a phone call (within 90 Minutes) telling me that the part they found was broken and he was waiting to hear back from me (clearly, they don't track their own emails).
Whole experience after purchase and then reading other reviews, the whole experience felt shady.
Refund has been received.

Fast delivery and great service

Extremely slow delivery, I still haven't recieved my part. Ordered 18/12 it was until I contacted them that I recieved an email from a courier saying dispatched 2 Jan but parts city have not responded to my emails and expected delivery was 26/12 at the latest. I tried tracking but no update.

My brand new front quater panel had a dent around the wheel artch when it arrived.
I was not happy seeing the price of the item and the price of postage and to have it delivered to a shipping company in the condition it was in.

Slow and non-transparent transaction
I ordered an urgently needed car part Thursday morning and paid extra for express postage. By Monday afternoon, I still didn't have a tracking number. The shop app for tracking doesn't work, and the app itself contributed to my feeling that I may have gotten scammed.

Fast delivery, but I can’t say if it worked yet because the panel beater hasn’t finished the job, but I’m sure it was excellent.
