Forget the people who complain about delivery time. The part I ordered for my Samsung washer was discontinued and they were able to refurbish it. 150$ versus 1200$ for a new washer I will call it a score.

Placed an order to refurbish Thermador oven controller. They turned it around in 1 day when they received it and shipped it back.
Installed it and it works perfect.

I needed a control board for my Kenmore Dual Fuel Range.
Was referred to Partsimple by Sears Parts, which made me a little suspicious. Waited a few days to decide what to do, range is 15 yrs old but to replace would be over $3000.00. Finally made the call, the sales rep confirmed that the board was no longer available from Kenmore / Frigidaire, however they did refurbish the panels. She told me how to get to their website and what to look for. Placed my order, paid by CC, printed shipping information. Sent panel to them via USPS on 12-3-18, got an email last night that the panel had shipped and would arrive Friday 12-7-18, UPS dropped panel today at 11:00 am 12-7, panel installed and baked a Pot Pis for lunch.

After reading a few of the reviews, I was a bit nervous. But the control board for our oven was no longer available anywhere (except some jamoke on eBay trying to sell a used one for $600!). I shipped them the board to repair, and they had it turned around and out the door within 2 days. We got it, installed it, and it works perfectly, saving us over $3000 for a new oven. Great turnaround, easy service, will absolutely use them again if the need arises.

I ordered a control board for my whirlpool cabrio washer. I got to choose between”new”,”refurbished” or “rebuild my board”. These choices were clearly indicated, I chose refurbished. The site was easy to navigate. The part came within a couple of days of ordering with regular shipping. The part came nicely wrapped up with instructions. It was installed in my washer and works beautifully. I will not hesitate to order from this company again. Happy and satisfied!

I ordered a control board for my dryer. I entered my model number to order the part. They sent the wrong part for my dryer. I contacted them via email. Telling them they sent the wrong part. They said I ordered the part. I said they sent the part per my model #. They said the only way they would refund if the part was in the original package and hadnt been use. I said I have the bubble wrap and brown paper and box they sent it in and the only use was I installed it to find out it was the wrong part that was sent. Sorry no refund because the part has to be unused.
Mind you they are the ones who sent the wrong part per their search engine.
I will eat the $168, never to order anything from them again. I will stick with Repair Clinic.

I didn't read the bad reviews until after I placed my order with Partsimple, so I was somewhat panicked, fearing that I'd fallen for a scam. Much to my surprise, and relief, the part showed up about 48 hours after I ordered it. The packing was rather odd in that they sent me what appeared to have been somebody else's returned order. Partsimple just dropped the returned order into a bigger box and shipped it out; didn't even bother to remove the previous shipping label. Nevertheless it was the right part and it did in fact work. Other than the dread that I experienced after reading the horrible reviews, the transaction went fairly smoothly and I don't have any complaints. They delivered what I ordered and that was that.

I needed the part for my washing machine. Laundry piling up and sick family. I opted for overnight shipping. The following day I got my UPS tracking and......no information. I emailed them and got a terse response that any part ordered after three PM local did not make the truck and therefore is NOT TRULY OVERNIGHT SERVICE. There are no warning to this effect on the order or shipping page. BEWARE this practice. They do not state it.

There are plenty of parts warehouses and the shipping here is the worst. 2-day shipping apparently takes 5 days in their world. They have no way of telling the estimated arrival date on their website, so you just end up paying for nothing. I would have received the item on the same day without paying for 2-day because they took a day to ship it too. Go with one of the many place that ship same day.

Our wall Whirlpool double ovens went out a week ago. My husband had a service repair man come to the house to determine why the digital panel wouldn't light up up on my ovens. The repair man said it was the control board. My husband being the thrifty person that he is decided he would order the part and fix it himself without paying the labor for someone else to repair it. He found out the part for the ovens are no longer being sold except through Sears. He found the part, called Sears to order the part but they wouldn't sell the part without one of their qualified Sears repair person coming out to determine what was wrong with the ovens. My husband then told the Customer Service person on the phone, he already had a repair person tell him what he needed to fix our ovens. Nope Sears will not sell the part no matter what. You have to have a qualified Sears person come to your home (min. cost $89.00 and we not longer have a Sears in our home town), order the part (149.00) and put the part in (no idea what that would cost)! So after several days of researching my husband found Part Simple. They could repair the Control board for $175.00. After paying for the service, my husband had a couple of questions so he called Part Simple and left a voice message on Thursday evening. They returned his call Friday morning and although we weren't home they left a very detailed message answering all his questions and concerns about mailing our control board to them. On Friday after he got home from work, we boxed up the old board and mailed it overnight. On Saturday, we received an email from Parts Simple telling us they received our part and would be sending us a replacement part. Monday was a holiday but on Tuesday morning we received the replacement part with instructions on how to put the part back in. It works great!! We will definitely use this company again if we ever need a part!

Feb 14 2018 - Says orders ship after 1 business day which was not the case. Parts Simple later quoted 2 weeks! Save your time and shop elsewhere.

ordered part, wrong part in correct marked box, they said since i ordered wrong part i would have to pay return shipping , after many emails i said fine i will pay return shipping, sent thru ups, they delivered part, scammers
refuse to refund money or send another part. I have learned my lesson to stick with local part dealer.

I ordered a circuit board that failed 3 weeks after the warranty expired. I gave them an opportunity to make it right but they said there was nothing they could do because it was so far out of warranty. 3 weeks! If you use them, plan on having to reorder your parts every 6 months.

Believe the negative reviews. I was skeptical, because maybe I'm a little naive. I use a lot of parts sites, just not typically appliance parts. I was having difficulty locating a control board for an older GE oven, and lo and behold, it was available (WILL SHIP TODAY) on Partsimple.com. I placed the order and upgraded the shipping to overnight.

Placing the order was simple, easy, and I had an order confirmation within seconds. They charged the credit card right away too. Only problem... they really didn't have the part.

On the second day of NOT receiving anything, I inquired on the order status. They said they didn't have the part in stock. I couldn't even find the part using the part number off the invoice. I asked for them to cancel, and to have a confirmation of the cancellation.

Oh - no... it doesn't work that way, because we need to contact the manufacturer and cancel with them. No they don't! They either normally carry the part or they lie about their inventory. In either case, my money doesn't need to be held up, because of their shady business practices.

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit skeptical, but here is my story.
My fridge started acting up and I diagnosed the problem to be a faulty compressor start relay. Since is was still working most of the time, I ordered my part from Partsimple.com and opted for the cheapest ground shipping method. The very next day the part completely failed and I was without the fridge, so I called Partsimple and asked when would the order be shipped.
By the end of the day I received an email saying that it would go out on UPS the next day. I think they did a great job in getting the part out although my shipping preference was for a slower pace. I will order from them again if the need arises.

Prices on this sight was much cheaper than any other but I was concerned about legitimacy so I called this morning to ask questions during regular business hours and voicemail picked up stating they were closed which prompted me to read reviews definitely dodged a bullet, positive reviews are likely fake/ fabricated... suspect operation for sure price tipped me off

I cancel my order. The cancelled order sits on their desk from Saturday morning until Monday night when they decide to go ahead and ship the item anyway. 10 days later my part arrives. I pay $$$ for return shipping. PartSimple receives my item ( as seen by USPS tracking). No credit gets issued. I am forced to dispute transaction with paypal's resolution center. This is how they do business

I purchased a refurbished "Kenmore / Whirlpool Range / stove control board 8523665 / WP8523665" for way less money than any other source. The reviews on this site almost scared me enough to not buy from PartSimple, but I saw that they have an A rating on BBB so I went ahead with the purchase. I'm glad I did. The control board was shipped quickly, and it was an exact match for my oven, and its been working great for over a month now.

I was afraid this might be a scam, and sad to say I got scammed. The part I got from them was for a stove display and It didn't work. I returned it thru there return system and for several months I never got a credit back, after calling them they said my return was rejected . They said they would look into it and haven't heard from them again.
