Thought I'd counter some of the negative reviews. Needed a control board for a 2 year old LG washer (E6 clutch error). Ordered the (remanufactured) part on Wednesday and received it on Friday. The part was correct and the washer is running again. I give 5 star reviews when I'm satisfied with a product. Couldn't be more satisfied with Partsimple. I would order from them again.

I have a side by side Kitchen aid Refrigerator Freezer over 12 years old quit working. The control board went bad and is no longer in production. I sent the control board to partsimple. They were reasonable, got the board back to me in a week. We had the board installed & our fridge is back up and running. We were VERY pleased with this company! Thank You. 😊

I needed a control board for a Maytag double oven repaired as the part was no longer in production. It was a very complex control board. I found Partsimple's website and ordered a rebuild and mailed it to them on October 21. They said it would be 2 weeks to rebuild and return. I actually received it back on October 28, only took 7 days. The part was completely rebuilt, had it installed and the oven works perfectly!

They were not only FAST, they were reasonable. They charged $175 for a rebuild (with 1 year warranty) when a new board was $405. Can't say enough good things about partsimple!

I ordered a replacement part for my oven. The site shows "in stock" and will "ship the same day". It was a Sunday so I purchased it to be shipped on the next business day. After a week I had no package and never received an email with tracking info. I reached out to their support, it was a Sunday, they got back to me the next day. They stated we apologize we will make sure the item goes out today. The next day I email them and ask for a tracking number. On Tuesday evening they respond, we can't get in touch with our warehouse to get the tracking number. (What?!) How is that possible in 2020? I emailed them back saying you have given me incorrect information twice now, I don't understand how it's possible you can't reach your support. To make a long story short, two weeks later and my oven still is not repaired because of the incompetent folks at partsimple.com... I ordered my parts from their competition and a few bucks more but the item is on it's way. No headaches, no hassle!

Horrible company. Sent wrong part and charged me shipping for return. Then didn't give a refund.

Aug 11th ordered a part that was wrong, got the Return Authorization number, wrote it on the box and paperwork, returned it Aug 13th, have not heard or seen credit on account yet!! 35 days. Not what I call trust worthy of purchasing from.

Very fast shipping, unfortunately I ordered the wrong part.They were super nice in helping me return the part and issuing a refund. Highly recommend them.

The part shipped the same day and worked perfectly. Delighted I decided to try replacing the control board instead of buying a brand new over.

One with Honesty & Integrity, Last year we had some control boards repaired for our Dacor double over which is no longer available for parts. It was great to know that these could be repaired by Part Simple. Last week I had a different issue with the clock on the oven, which I sent in for repairs along with the cost associated. Today I received a refund on my payment, When I inquired why, they had told me this was covered under the warranty. I did not expect any warranty... for them to refund on their own, this is a Great example of a Professional company!

The experience that I am currently dealing with is unheard of. I ordered a replacement part for my refrigerator. The part number put in brought up the picture of the correct part I needed. When I received the part, it was the wrong part. The part sent did not match the picture of what was ordered and received. Currently I am being charged to send it back to them plus a restocking fee for their mistake. Never again! Horrible customer service and whomever is emailing me back and fourth is rude and clearly doesn’t know what they are talking about.

They were able to get my part to me quickly. But after discovering I had the wrong part I returned to the company. My package has been at the local post office there since Feb 22 waiting on someone from the company to pick up. They will not respond to my emails or phone calls. Very disappointed in this company as I have not even received a refund! Would not recommend to anyone! Horrible return service!

After reading the previous reviews I was concerned about ordering. I ordered my part on Monday and received it Wednesday. I installed and it worked perfectly. I did not have any problem with ordering or shipping.

They show the original part when you make the research, and once you purchase it, they send a different one. The parts are not from the original brands even though you pay the price for an O.E.M one. My advise is: STAY AWAY from PARTSIMPLE.

Very unreliable.

We are an appliance service company ordering 100's parts a month.

We decided to test them and possibly add them as our vendor. We placed an order early morning and were promised that the order will be shipped out same day.
The next day they said they are not sure if they will be able to ship the order on time (it's already a day late).
Tomorrow is Saturday and they don't work during the weekend.

Bottom line, they charged for an order they can't handle, and on top of that they are not sure they can refund us.
That's almost a $300 order.
NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

Ordered a control board for my neighbors GE gas oven since their broiler button was not working and the oven button was on the brink of going south for the winter. The control board arrived within 3 days. Partsimple sent me an email with the tracking number which was good to have (UPS Ground). The part was half the cost of a new one and I was a bit skeptical but I installed the part and all buttons worked and everything was back to normal. Whats interesting is that Lowes and Home Depot advised them to buy a new oven. Really! Thanks Partsimple and thanks Youtube.

I had ordered a replacement from part select (a different company). It was supposed to be new. It was refurbished (factory). So I sent my old part to part-simple overnighting it and 2 day back. Works like a champ.

We are extremely satisfied. The process was highly professional and seamless from beginning to end. The service was amazing. They repaired and shipped back our oven control board the very same day they received it. Our oven is working fine and we could not have hoped for a better experience or outcome.

We have a 10-year-old KitchenAid refrigerator, and we ran into issues with the control board that put our appliance out of service. While we were previously able to repair the control board, the same approach didn't work this time. We found PartSimple.com by searching online for the part we needed, and we were able to order a refurbished control board for a very fair price. Within a couple of weeks, we received the replacement control board with significantly more robust electrical components than the original. As soon as we installed the replacement, our refrigerator was back up and running!!
