My experience with this website has been extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about its credibility. I placed an order for photos on March 9, 2026, and have yet to receive them. Furthermore, I was never provided with a tracking number, leaving me with no way to monitor the status of my shipment. It is concerning that a business claiming to assist individuals with essential, time-sensitive documents—such as those required for citizenship and passports—fails to deliver on its promises. Based on my experience, I question whether the positive reviews are genuine or AI generated. After reviewing your order, the delay happened because the photo you initially submitted didn’t pass our biometric verification. We paused the order and waited for a new photo to make sure the final photos would meet official passport requirements and wouldn’t be rejected.

Regarding shipping, we use standard mail without tracking so we can keep shipping costs low for customers. Adding tracking would significantly increase the cost, and most online passport photo services use the same approach.

Scammers

I ordered the photos to be delivered to Spain, 8 photos cost 50 Euros, they never sent the photos, I sent two emails to them asking why not and got no replies. DO NOT BUY PHOTOS from this website

SCAM Company!

This is the WORST and most confusing service I have ever experienced in working with an on line company. I placed two different orders for passport photos with this company Each order was initially accepted, but a few days later, after thinking the task was complete, I received two separate email notifications that my photos did not pass their second, in house, inspection. Nether communication cited an order number, so I assumed it was both orders. I was billed for these orders upon the first acceptance. From there, I submitted MANY (7x) new photos. Same result, taking over a week. Finally, I was told my computer (a new Lenovo notebook) was the problem and the camera did not produce enough resolution for the photos to pass. Come on, really?? At the same time I was receiving notifications of photo failures, I received an email saying one set of photos was sent out. Which order? Did the photo finally pass? Their on line customer service replies could not tell me. Frustrated, and having wasted a great deal of time, I asked for a refund on my orders citing my dissatisfaction with the quality of their service and the fact they could not deliver what was promised on their website (convenience, expediency, and an actual product). As soon as I requested a refund, I received notice that a second set of photos was sent out. Which order?? No information. I no longer believe this is a viable company. I believe this is a scam!

Online compliant check doesn't work

Uploaded my photo, it passed this website's compliance checks, so paid for the photos, which then did not actually comply with the official government passport requirements. Also, I thought I was getting a digital copy of the photo along with the physical copy, but that wasn't the case.

photo verification

this site verified my photo as being compliant with the government passport renewal site. it was not. not even close. i already paid and am waiting for a reply for a refund to my credit card.

They do not send you the photo

They do not send you the photo, YOU have to some how print your own photo with specail photo paper if at all possible, I could not figure it all out. AND the sorry jerks do not answer your email , only automated replies.

The worst

The worst! I tried to contact them multiple times and still no answer! I spent 33 dollars for European size passport, and they were worst than the one I did at CVS! The body position in the example is right for Europe but then I got photos with a giant head and the torso cut out. I asked to be reimbursed but obviously no one replied! Shame

Don’t count on it!

Ordered photos on on sept 10, 2024. Today is Sept 17. Haven’t heard from these guys. I’ve emailed them twice with no response from them at all. Why run a business when you can’t! You’re wasting money with google sponsor ads!

Don't expect photos anytime soon if ever

I was told my photos had shipped a week ago. The email said there was tracking info attached, and there was no tracking info. I have contacted customer service multiple times and still no resolution. Now it is Friday evening and still no response. I will ask for a full refund on Monday.

Horrible Experience

I ordered photos in early May and after a week I didn't receive a notification that the order was filled. I inquire and a few days later I'm told to retake the photos. Rinse and repeat a few times. Finally in late June I am offered a refund. Thank God I wasn't dependent on this company for my photos because it was a complete failure. No real explanations were given for why my photos were never processed.

Poor service…

Photos ordered 30/05 required for passport appointment on 5/06. Paid £11.95 for express delivery. Photos not received by 4/06 so sent message to customer service who did not reply until a week later. The photos did then arrive 2 days later, but with them being 2 weeks following ordering, they were completely useless. Altogether cost over £40 too, so not cheap. Wish I'd just gone to a photo booth in the first place.

Horrible customer service

I ordered a passport photo and my initial photo passed their initial AI screening but not second screening. I was sent a link to retake my photo which I did the next day. I was billed twice in the process. They didn't believe me and I to provide proof that I was billed twice by submitting credit card statement. I never received a tacking number despite asking multiple times and never received photos after two weeks of back and forth with customer service. Will never use or recommend again.

DO NOT USE!!

Didn’t want to give any stars…Never got a digital photo or an email at all!! I have sent 2 emails and no one has responded but of course they CHARGED my CARD! I am going to write bad reviews on them everywhere I can if this is not revised today.

So Easy and Convenient

I couldn't believe how easy and convenient it was to get my passport photos using just my phone. I didn't have to go to CVS, Walgreens, or UPS, and the photos turned out great.
