they had shipped my order of catheters…
they had shipped my order of catheters for the quarter and while they were in route my urologist had changed the type of catheter i should use. they gladly took back the old catheter and sent my shipment of the new catheter.

Cynthia is a most caring professional. Always attentive to my the patient's needs. She strives to deliver confidence that all will be taken care. Everything she promises, happens. I have never been out of catheters. She sends me extra supplies before I run out. Makes sure I have enough. Her calm reassurance instills confidence that this company puts the needs of the patient first.

I used to be a liberator customer…
I used to be a liberator customer before I found you guys. Patient care medical helped me find a catheter that prevented me from having to have surgery to remove a stricture due to many years of not using the best catheter. What I like about Patient Care Medical, beside the conscientious helpful staff and the regular on time delivery is the convenience of no paper work, which was something liberator required after each delivery. Thanks for all you do, I'm a happy customer.
