PBSR did a fantastic job
I purchased some patio cleaner from PBSR but before I could use it we were faced with a hose pipe ban so I booked them to come and clean my patio.
What a transformation, the patio is 22 years old but it now looks brand new again.
Lewis did a fantastic job, I would thoroughly recommend PBSR and will use them again.

Our flagstone patio is over 20 years…
Our flagstone patio is over 20 years old. We had never treated it in anyway, until now. The beautiful reddish-orange color of the flagstone had become quite discolored by black lichen. I had long intended to find an effective way to clean it.
Pressure washing had failed. So had putting full-strength bleach on it. And then I found this product through an online search. Hmm...specifically formulated to get rid of those nasty black stains and tons of positive reviews. Ordered it through Amazon - could always return it if it didn't work, thought I. Short story long, I put it on over an hour ago and lo and behold, it really works. IT REALLY WORKS! I am so thrilled that I simply had to run to the notebook and add my own testimonial to the growing chorus of satisfied customers.
Grateful in Sacramento
God bless and be with you all.

Very good, very effective, the only reason I would give it 4 is you need a lot of it. I bought 4 and I think I probably needed 8.

Hi James,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We are pleased to hear you are happy with the results.
The Patio Black Spot Remover will remove every spot and completely restore the colour of the stone. On older stone, additional treatments may be required.
Once treated, the annual Preventer treatment will cost significantly less and will prevent the black spots from returning and help clear algae that may have accumulated.
Many thanks,

Always skeptical about these 'miracle' products, need not have been with this one. Bought the natural stone cleaner to clean a patio that hadn't been touched in 6 years, wasnt expecting much to be honest but it was amazing, had to do a few patches twice as it was under trees and was pretty heavily marked but even then it made a huge difference. Will do the bad areas again next spring after the leaves have gone. Would recommend this to anyone struggling to restore their patios

Impressive results
Delivery was within a couple of days. Although I haven't been able to treat the whole of my patio to date, the initial results are impressive. Some areas will need a second application. Can't fault this product, does what it says on the tin.

I have used this product for a number of years to clean my patio and would not use any other product. I recenly moved and the only patio i haveis approx 7 weeks old so not in need for cleaning but the stone balls on top of my gate posts were in serious need of cleaning I was not able to us my pressure washer as there is a hose pioe ban in place. I sprayed the stone work and was amazed to see the stone work change cover in a matter of minutes. The before and after photographs are just amazing.

Works but too expensive!
Tried to remove the black spots with jet washing but still remained so even though very expensive I thought I’d give it a go! Well it did work only some very bad spots need re doing but I ran out as large stoned area. I sprayed as instructed but scrubbed with hard brush. The smell of bleach was very over powering and I had to wear a mask. As we have pets, I felt it needed several washes afterwards in order to get rid of the white foamy stuff and get rid of the smell but overall a good product but not sure I would purchase again as a little pricy for something that smells of bleach! If it was cheaper then maybe use every year.

We recommend treating the area with our Preventer annually; this is significantly less cost than using the Remover every year. The Preventer is a leave on treatment that will protect the area from staining, discolouration and black spot for 12 months.

The product works great
The product works great. Applied to paths that have been covered with black spots. Two hours later they were 90% gone. Applied a second coat to those stubborn stains, and now the path looks the best in 10 years. Will definitely buy again.
