Great patio cleaner.
Great patio cleaner.
I have used the artificial stone solution for once a year for 3 years and it has transformed horribly blackened slabs back to cream. The slabs stay fairly clean through the winter too.
Easy to apply with a hand pump spray, wait 30 mins and wash away.
Quick delivery from this super helpful company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It works!
I was skeptical about this product having tried others with poor success but the bottom line is it works. It might be a bit expensive but it gets the job done as promised in the company literature.

Great product.
Used this product before and was very happy to return to it. Great for the job and didn't disappoint. The patio looks like it did when first laid. Excellent.

Score 8/10
Score 8/10. Good product but takes two to three treatments and even then doesn’t remove the toughest black spots. Coverage limited due to number of passes needed, hence cost high to treat reasonable size patio!

Dear Steven,
Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience.
We're pleased to hear that you found the product effective overall. Some of the more stubborn black spots can require multiple applications depending on the severity and age of the staining. While many patios respond well after one or two treatments, heavily affected areas may need additional applications to achieve the best possible results.
If we can be of any further assistance or you would like to give any feedback on how to improve the service furthermore please contact us directly.

Great product
Product arrived promptly. Application was easy. Was warned about not using enough product, but not about using too much. Result is stones are like new, without any jet washing, but I have only completed half of the task. How do I judge if enough product has been applied, is it only by sight after two hours?

In terms of application rate, the best indication is usually visual. The area should be well saturated to avoid the product drying out before the 2 hour treatment window. Once the product has had time to work, the results will become apparent as the black spot begins to break down. If after the first treatment there are still black spots remaining, you can spot treat these areas with a second treatment.
If you're ever unsure about coverage or application, please don't hesitate to contact our team for advice.

Probably a great product but I can’t…
Probably a great product but I can’t get hold of it. Twice Toyal Mail say they’ve tried to deliver when they simply didn’t show up to a permanently manned office. Redirected to post office and just found out it has been sitting there for days without any notification. I was about to ask for my money back but I’m keen to try it out as it looks pretty good !!

An excellent product
An excellent product. Applied 2 coats as directed and couldn’t believe the results. The reconstituted marble statue had been in the garden for 15 years and was very discoloured and dirty. Not any more! It is now white again. Would definitely recommend.

It cleared my natural stone patio of 95% of the black spot discolouring. The rest of patio was as new. However, I found the product very expensive for the quantity in the containers.

No need to replace the paving
We thought we were going to have to replace our paving, which is 18 years old standard builders paving, due to the severity of the black mould. However after using this product it is looking really good, very little mould left after one application, we will certainly get a few more years out of it. Highly recommend.

This is our second treatment
This is our second treatment; first was applied by company staff and was immaculate of course. We bought the kit to do it ourselves and it is looking good, but we had to do some manual scrubbing after the jet wash to remove remaining softened stains - possibly we didn't leave it on long enough. It is a great product and would recommend.

Marvellous stuff
Marvellous, having been trying to clean patio for years with various cleaners . At last found PBS remover and it is fantastic.. some tougher patches need more than one application but the difference is remarkable. But don’t wear your good clothes as it will bleach fabric when it splashes up .The patio which is limestone is nearly good as new and it’s 20 years since it was laid . Just need to redo the cement between the pavers now.. !! Thank you PBS remover
