I would like to say thank you to both Martin and Clive today. They replaced an end panel and a couple of my cupboard doors. They were extremely clean and quick but thorough. Extremely happy.

Outstanding Work!
Clive was fantastic. Really went above and beyond to assist us today. Unfortunately, our matter went from a simple tap replacement to issues with small leaks and piping. However, Clive not only replaced the tap, but managed to sort all issues regarding our kitchen sink (these issues were present before his involvement, without our/lack of knowledge). We now get hot water to the tap and have better water pressure due to his outstanding work. Couldn’t be more thankful for his assistance and as an individual, I would highly recommend him! P.S, he was a lovely man with a great sense of humour, keeping the situation light despite the issues we’d found.

Clive the fitter deserves all the stars, he is calm and professional, he's done a great job. Paula Rosa kitchens haven't been great in recognizing the issues with their units delaminating and tried to say it's water damage. Totally untrue. Clive got to the bottom of this and has done a stellar job! Thanks Clive 😊

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that Clive did such a fantastic job, but we’re genuinely sorry that the way your initial complaint was handled left you feeling disappointed.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been. When damage is reported, we do need to carry out an inspection to understand what may have happened and help prevent similar issues in the future. However, we recognise that the way this process was handled and communicated did not give you the experience or level of support we would expect for our customers, and for that we sincerely apologise.
We’re pleased that we were ultimately able to replace the damaged doors for you free of charge, despite being unable to establish conclusively what had caused the damage.
Thank you again for your patience while we worked to resolve this. We’re genuinely sorry that your experience fell short of the standard of service we aim to provide, and we really appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve.

Extra cabinets
Martin installed some extra cabinets for me in my kitchen. He did a fantastic job putting them in and gave me some helpful advice about extending our lights underneath. He also did a great job removing dust etc from the installing process. Great customer service
