Amber and her team provided an excellent service managing my house purchase and were a pleasure to work with.

So this mob represented the vendor selling our new house.
- Multiple holdups, taking on occasions 7 days to reply and answer the simplest of questions and when they do, they are rude, condescending and unhelpful to say the least.
- When politely asked as part of the enquiries for a copy of the boiler service report (which the vendor told us he sent to them the week before) Chloe Norris-Dean "Senior associate solicitor" replied saying that it is not a legal requirement and if we wanted one we should get one and pay for it ourselves... even though they had it on file.
- When contacted on the day of exchange that they pushed for, they waited almost three hours and did nothing with it until the vendor called them to tell them to get a move on and authorised the exchange. It then took them 40 minutes to call our solicitor by which time it was too late as the 3 hour exchange window had closed. (They said they wasn't aware of the 3 hour window but none the less, if you get a call to say the exchange is under way you don't just leave it for over three hours, you get on the phone and do your job! I had to speak to the vendor himself and get him to call them!) This then delayed it yet another day causing untold amounts of unnecessary stress and uncertainty.
- After pressing several times for information in relation to estate management company information they then decided to send over the completely incorrect pack belonging to someone else at a different address with all of their personal details on!! I wouldn't deem this a professional nor competent nor acceptable!!!

Go elsewhere, it's not worth the risk.
