Hands down the best car dealership in Sussex
Hands down the best car buying experience I've had. Zak took his time to walk me through everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I was happy and comfortable at every step. He listened to what I actually wanted and stayed strictly within my budget with no pressure tactics or hidden pushes.
What really set them apart for me is his after sales care. When I ran into an issue with the infotainment system a week after driving off the lot, Zak personally spent over an hour on the phone walking me through the settings until it was sorted. Knowledgeable, patient, and completely honest, I highly recommend them.

5/5 service - Even if you don't buy anything!
5/5 service - and I say this as someone who didn't end up buying the car I contacted them about, but was happy with the service that was provided (even though no money changed hands and they could have easily ignored me). Contacted them regarding a vehicle in their Crawley location, requesting it be transported to the Brighton location (closer to me) for a £40 fee. I paid the fee, but later the same day it became clear the vehicle wasn't suitable for my needs (size, etc). Contacted them after hours to cancel this and they confirmed the following day that the move has been cancelled and refunded my fee immediately (bank transfer).
Still going to visit their Brighton location this weekend, but wanted to share this experience, as it was exceptionally prompt and they could have very easily made £40 out of me for nothing, and given the 15min phone call and multiple messages exchanged, it could have been easily justified. I respect the customer service and standards hugely.

10/10 car dealership
I was looking for a new car on and off for a while, until I found my new car here!
After seeing the car from every angle inside and out through the high number of photos on their website, I was willing to buy the car and have it delivered without seeing it in person prior
However, I did end up driving up and purchasing the car in person. Zak was incredibly kind & knowledgeable throughout my time at the dealership, and even offered to provide me with advice on new tyres due to all 4 being mentioned on the most recent MOT as advisories.
They also provide aftercare, keeping open contact after purchase incase you have any additional questions/queries after sale.
The finance application is also extremely easy & fast through their website

5 Start Pavillion Cars
A bit of advice to start with.
If your looking to buy a car do some digging into the cars registration number on a search engine first, I found out something the dealer didn’t even know about although it didn’t stop me from buying the car it was good information to have.
Pavilion Car Sales is a 5 Start for me
Zak the gentleman I dealt with, the guy is just a Star all round.
I looked far and wide for the make and model I wanted with the best stats in my price range and Pavillion had it and I was happy to travel on an overnight bus from Glasgow to London then take a wee train ride to Crawley to pick it up and drive it home.
From start to finish and because of my c.o.d to details the process to over a week with back and forth communication and Zak was very understanding to the fact I take my time if I’m giving you money. On arrival at Pavillions premises I was greeted warmly and just as well as it was a bit of a chilly morning. Zak was already busy speaking with other potential customers but once finished gave me all his time, he showed me round what was soon to be my car giving me all the information he could on the car then gave me time and space to have a wee look round it myself. Once finished we sat in his office and got all the paperwork done in no time, we had a good chat then that was me off back to Glasgow with my stunning new car. I was confident with my research and Zak’s honesty that the car was what it was said to be so on trust the drive back to Glasgow was my test drive a drive I didn’t want to end even after 9+ hours behind the wheel (yeas breaks where taken).
It’s been 4 weeks not with my new car bought from Pavillion Car Sales Crawley and I’m loving it.
Overall the the company had quality cars on it’s forecourt, Zak had all the information you would want and had what everyone wants when buying a car and that is fantastic customer service. For anyone looking at a car from Zak at Pavillion i 100% recommend them.

poor after care service
Rushed you into buying a car, everything on the day was good, but after sales stinks. still waiting for my gold warranty to be emailed to me. took the car for a service for my own piece of mind, serious oil leak not covered by warranty, no spare wheel,jack, detachable towbar missing. emailed them and 2 weeks later still waiting for a reply. poor after care.

Dont buy a car from these people …
I brought a car from these people (con artists) charged me 4,500 a couple of weeks after buying the car the brakes started squealing & the car kept cutting out. I took the car back to complain after I had the car check'ed at another garage who told me I paid more than I should have for it & the brake pads were below legal limmits. they charged me for putting new brakes & disks on but did not do it properly & had to have them done at another garage who told me the reason my car kept cutting out was the dps needed replacing that would cost a £1600. When I went back to complain again I was told they didn't know that & their is no way I could prove that they did. Do not buy any cars from this company 😡 LC58ZSP FORD FOCUS. FROM LEWES ROAD BRIGHTON

Terrible Car Company! Avoid
Terrible Car Company, They are the Cliche of selling shiny cars that are Broken Down , under the bonnet and will fall apart days after you drive it off the lott! And after I went back to asks them to honor the warranty, couple of weeks after buying, they didnt want to know and were rude
