Dealing with an after sales problem, James was quick and efficient. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

My son recently passed his driving test and so the hunt for his 1st car was on.

We ended up buying a little Vauxhall Corsa from these guys. The process was easy and all questions answered from a nervous dad.

The car came with a free 3 month warranty. Which you can extend if you wish, I did.

Fantastic experience from start to finish with the team at The Dealership. The level of genuine customer service was exceptional — nothing was ever too much trouble, and whenever I had a question, they came back with an answer almost instantly.
They genuinely go above and beyond to accommodate you and make the whole experience as easy and stress-free as possible. Even the little touches, like the drinks menu they offer, really stood out and made me feel so welcome.
This was my first time purchasing a second-hand car, so I was understandably quite nervous, but the team put me at ease from the moment I stepped onto the forecourt. They allowed me to take the car for a test drive with no time limit, even though I arrived not long before closing, and they were more than happy for me to have the car checked wherever I wanted.

I can honestly say what a pleasure it was to buy a car from The Dealership. Both James and Carli were absolutely wonderful they talked us through each stage of the process. There was absolutely no pressure put on us and when spending quite a bit of money (well it was for us) It was dealt with smoothly and professionally and we felt extremely happy and comfortable throughout the process. Great experience buying my daughter a car from James yesterday. Brilliant communication before we visited. As soon as we arrived, James told us that the battery was flat that morning however he would get this sorted if we wanted the car. We were given the keys, no pressure and no time limits and took it out for a few hours. No hard sales pitch. When we got back, the warranty was as explained and the breakdown cover. My daughter bought the vehicle there and then. She then took it to Halfords, bought a new battery (which James refunded immediately) and they gave it a 100 point check. The mechanic could not fault the vehicle and said it was the best example of an Audi A1 he’s seen for a while. Very, very happy with the service and the aftercare.

I've had a brilliant experience buying from The Dealership Ltd, from calling up and enquiring to see my little Renault Clio. James was so helpful, he immediately came across as a trustworthy and a genuine guy. He let me take the Clio out for longer then most other places, one I won't mention only let me go round the block, but James was happy for me to get a real feel for the car. I had other cars to see, but there was no hard push, James was very easygoing and was happy if I came back but if I found another car elsewhere, then he wished me well on my journey. It left me feeling and thinking good things about The Dealership. So once I'd test driven a few other cars, had bad experiences at other places, I realised I loved the Clio James had and called him up to pay a deposit to reserve it. Came in a week later to pay in full, and it was looking immaculate after Prince cleaned it up. Daniel was brilliant too. I love my little car, and I'm so happy I brought it from here, and all I can say is that you won't regret buying from The Dealership Ltd. I took out the extended warranty too, which I'm really happy about, as its peace of mind knowing I can come back if something goes wrong. A couple of weeks after buying the car, I was having trouble getting my residents permit from Southend Council, and contacted James to see if he could get the Tax done quicker, which wasn't a problem, he literally sorted it within minutes of my message. All around a great experience and I highly recommend them.

We first visited the dealership and we very welcomed by James and his fellow members of staff, who were very relaxed but helpful. This was a breath of fresh air as we’d found some car sales people extremely pushy and basically shadowing you but their expertise after a few questions narrowed down our search quickly and efficiently.

They’ve such a good range of cars and budgets for everyone plus their attention to detail is second to none, we couldn’t recommend them highly enough and are so happy to have bought a lovely car from them.

The extra years warranty was unbelievable value for money too for peace of mind as well, thank you to everyone at The Dealership.

My whole experience with the Dealership was fantastic. From the initial contact about a car I viewed on their website to picking up the keys everything was seamless. All 9f this took only a couple of days and that was only because of my timings. I am sue if I actually wanted I could have done it all within 24hours. A big game changer was them allowing a day with the car for test driving which I took full advantage and after this I knew I wanted the car. This is how all car dealerships should be. Friendly and welcoming, no sales pressure, honest, helpful, right from the very first time I visited unannounced to the time I drove away with my new car.
The Dacia Duster I bought at a fair price has been reliable in the 12 weeks or so that I've had it, and I know I have the security of the warranty that I bought from The Dealership if things change.
All in all, a surprisingly pleasant and stress-free experience, and would recommend their services.
