I picked up my first ever car from The Dealership in May 2026 and one thing that came across from the online ad to meeting in person was that the guys here are not only professional but are also so friendly and have a great sense of humour! They really helped put me at ease during quite a daunting process, and went over and beyond to help me understand the process of becoming a car owner and all the responsibilities that come with it. The purchase was smooth and I was over the moon with my little car! Even when there was a concern, they were very accommodating and helpful, fitting me in super fast and reassuring me that everything was ok. Thanks so much for your amazing service, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you or use you again!

A very good service had a couple of issues with no heating wich they sorted over a couple off days and the car is now fine very happy and the sarff are very helpful

We travelled from Hampshire after seeing a car we liked on their website. We were a little apprehensive about travelling so far but we need not have worried from arrival in Benfleet to departure we were made welcome.
All the staff ( Ray,James, kaylieh, Samuel, not forgetting Daniel) were so helpful ,friendly, and supportive,they went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel comfortable in buying a car.
They are all stars ! We would have no problem in recommending them to anyone.

Brought a new car last week from ‘The Dealership’ after being recommended by a friend. Buying a car outright is always nerve wrecking as it’s a lot of money to handover to someone so you have to be sure to feel safe in doing so. I was met by friendly faces, very relaxed approach when arranging to view the car, handed me the keys to have a look around it myself and suggested I could take the car for a test drive for as long or as short a drive as preferred to really get the feel for it which I thought was very trusting and I liked. I decided it was the car for me, sat and spoke with the sales team who were so helpful and supportive, they got me set up with insurance and tax before leaving the building and I was able to take the car away there and then. You are offered 3 months warranty as standard but I opted for the years warranty for my own sense of security. This warranty covers you for any mechanical faults that may go wrong with the car, not wear and tear e.g tyres which makes sense. I noticed on driving home that the car didn’t have any air conditioning. I contacted them straight away and they sent me a number for a garage and said to get the air con topped up and they will cover the bill. I arranged for this to be done, a few days after it was noticed the air con had disappeared again suggesting a leak of some sort. Again, I contacted and was responded to straight away. It was arranged that my car would be collected from work, driven to the garage to be checked and fixed and returned to me, which it was, in the space of hours. Ideal in a heatwave and being pregnant! Upon asking, I was also sent £20 towards the petrol usage of both trips. Certain things going wrong with cars that can’t always be predicted but it’s so reassuring to have prompt, reliable support when it’s needed. Over all I have had a great experience with the team at ‘The Dealership’ and will be recommending them to friends and family.

We recently bought a car from The Dealership and the experience from start to finish was brilliant. James and the team made it very easy, had great communication and were very friendly. We ran into a slight problem with the car and James sorted it out straight away which we really appreciated. Would definitely buy again from The Dealership and would recommend to someone looking for a new car.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Went to view a car and from the moment we arrived the service was nothing short of exceptional. We were offered a drink and given as much time as we needed to look over the car and then test drive it. The staff were very accommodating to our questions and anything we weren’t 100% on they gave us complete reassurance. Can’t recommend this dealership enough :)

I had a fantastic experience with this dealership from start to finish. I initially went to view a car and absolutely fell in love with it straight away. The whole team were incredibly honest, kind, and professional, which made the entire process feel easy and stress-free.

The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed and I never felt pressured at any point. I was very reassured, loved not only the car but the way I was treated as a customer. James in particular provided excellent customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, funny and genuinely helpful. All three gentlemen I dealt with were lovely and made sure I was well looked after throughout.

In the end, I was so happy with everything that I decided to go ahead and put finance down on the car, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car and outstanding service!

I recently purchased a car from here and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The team: Ray, Carly, and James, were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and their support didn’t stop after I drove the car away. Even afterwards, they were responsive and happy to help with any queries I had.

The car itself was exactly as described and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

As usual, amazing service from James and the team. My newly bought Hyundai i10 (from the Dealership) had a warning light and was making a terrible beeping noise. I called James to ask if there was anything they could do to help me. Without hesitation he said to bring it in and they’d have a look for me. James said to leave it with him and he’d sort it free of charge. It was a failure in the water pump. James got it fixed as soon as he could (there was trouble getting hold of the part at first) but they sorted it asap. Very satisfied with the service. Can always rely on the team to do a great job. Efficient, kind, caring and attentive, couldn’t recommend more!

I dont normally write reviews on anything but ive had too for this! From buying my car in October James and his team couldn't of been more helpful and friendly! The after care was also unmatched i had an issue with the car which was under thier warranty and they were straight on the case! Constant communication and reassurance with James was a big weight off my shoulders and i felt like I was in good hands with the whole team cant recommend the dealership enough! They all love what they do and it shows
