I bought a second bed for my dogs. Great bed, highly recommend for everyone. What I also love is because you can buy a spare cover for the beds, which makes easier when we need to wash them.

Terrible customer service. Going on almost 3 months and still waiting for my replacement cover (I made initial contact on 2 May 2024). I shouldn't have to chase this up. I encourage anyone who's had issues with them to make a report through ACCC. I was going to until they offered a replacement cover (which I'm still chasing up). If this does not occur then I'll go ahead with my report.

Delivery was hassle free; and the dogs love their new Goldilocks beds - not too hard, not too soft - their just right! Thank you.

Great! Well worth the money

The Original Large dog Bed I ordered arrived promptly. I am very impressed with the quality of the bed. It gives perfect support to our 13 year old German Shorthaired Pointer.

The old gals find these beds really comfy but they're really not durable nor are they water repellent, resistant proof. Do not recommend for even lightly incontinent dogs.

My 3 year old kelpie chewed the corner of the cover on the first day. It's a shame that the corners are not reinforced with material ( eg vinyl) that is indestructible.
Replacing the outer cover - very expensive for an item that is not hardy.
Marketing needs to be more transparent about this shortcoming

My Rottweiler took to the bed straight away, the quality of the product is fantastic and the delivery was super quick.. so happy with my purchase would recommend

I still haven't received my purchase as they failed to read my order requesting shipping with Australia Post which i paid extra for the service. They used an inferior company which have poor service for my area. They have not responded to 2 emails. Very poor customer service.

Great packaging and it arrived promptly. Unboxed bed and let it air for about 2 hours. Looking forward to not buying a new dog bed in the near future!

Absolutely speedy service! I ordered my dog bed lunchtime on the 8/11 and received it 10/11! I ordered the large and it is plenty big enough for my 50kg Bull Arab. Great quality bed. Highly recommend.

After 7 years it was time for new covers for the 2 beds. Perfect order, delivery and arrival. These beds are so fantastic for my dogs. I was buying beds at petshops and they'd go moldy underneath because the dogs would be hot. With Pawpedics there's no yuk factor. Also some of the cheap beds curved, and put stress on my dogs spines. The Pawpedics beds support their spines and gives them rest. Even more important now they're old.

Quite loved the delivery time, the hygienic wrapping, and the beds were exactly as described and we were stoked to see our new beds didn't compress under his 12 while kilos hahaha. Mostly been looking for a crate bed and to see one not made of flimsy floppy foam is the best for his little hips.

They are terrific beds A suggestion could you put a handle on them - as the large one is cumbersome to move around and it would give something to grip

I ordered the XL ortho bed for my 7 yr old German shepherd, I wish I bought this ages ago. Everything about it is perfect and he absolutely loves it. I mainly got it because he is huge and this bed is also huge, and for his hips and joints as he is getting old.
