The bed arrived before expected. My arthritic 15 YO Jack Russell is enjoying his bed. It took about a day for him to start sleeping on it, now it's definitely his.
I chose this bed for the washable and waterproof cover and of course the foam layering.

Quality of product very good Post was a little slow even after paying for express posting.

The pawpedics dog bed is the only bed I’ve ever bought that can withstand the nightly digging of my Labrador. It washes clean like a dream and is so easy to zip on and off Best bed ever!

Purchased a 2nd bed from you. The first one is nearly 3 years old and still looks and feels brand new. Lucky lab now has a comfy bed inside and outside.

Soon after I posted below review, Pawpedics reached out to me to apologise and investigate what went wrong. They sent the missing items and the original damaged waterproof lining straight after. I have now received all my items including replacement for the damaged waterproof lining.

The product is of good quality, which is why I purchased two beds (small and x small) and spare covers. My French bulldog loves it, and it's very easy to maintain / clean. I really like the beds and would purchase again.

I would give it five stars if the responses were faster. I do find the email responses slow (several days). There is no phone number to reach them.

I did not receive all my items and one of them came damaged. I am still waiting for response from Pawpedics (it's been over five days). I will change my review once Pawpedics sends me the missing items (valued $100) and replace the damaged item.

Great bed, hasn’t been eaten yet so off to a great start. Either tastes worse than the last few beds or is much tougher, feels a lot stronger than the others were so I’m thinking this may finally be the last we have to buy and clean up. Very happy.

I recently purchased a large pawpedics bed for my 11.5yr Bull Arab cross Staffy who recently broke his leg and had to have his leg amputated. He also suffered a slipped disc in his back as a result of the accident. I was struggling to find a bed that wasn’t too soft or the opposite being too firm, as a tripawd dog obviously has to have a bed that their paws don’t sink too much into the cushion or they struggle getting up off the bed and can suffer pain. I heard about this company and read reviews so thought I would give it a go. WOW!! The bed is so big and so comfortable, my boy can now sprawl out and get comfortable stretching his remaining legs out at night to get a good night sleep! His paws don’t sink far into the cushion and he can get on and off the bed very easily !! He loves his new bed ! Some days I lay on the bed with him because it is big enough for the both of us ! This product is absolutely amazing and it arrived within 4 days of ordering it online !

Great Product, my dog loves his new bed. Ideal I can purchase replacement covers so he always has a clean bed!

My dog hates this, if she's not endlessly flopping around trying to get comfortable, she's going to her other bed to sleep there instead. I got it for her as shes old (12.5-year-old Labrador) and needs better support, its way too hard for a ~35kg dog to sink into it, even with my human weight it's too firm.

Support doesn't exist for this company, their live chat is never enabled and they never reply to emails. Not to mention they have horrible returns, no free trial, no guarantee, etc.

Buying something like this online must be able to return it if your pet won't use it. It's too premium and expensive to have to try and sell it on Gumtree for a considerable loss. Do better.

Excellent service, fast turn around, quality product. I’ve yet to change the cover on the XL mattress but I’m sure it’ll be fine if their quality service is anything to go by.

As with others ( even though they falsely claim that this is not the case, it’s charming inferring customers are liars. )

The covers are NOT available and have NOT been for a very long time.

I have been chasing a large replacement cover for over 2 years and have the emails to prove it. They can’t support their product. Please see other one star rating for the same experience as I have.

Further to this, my three dogs don’t choose to lay on the bed. They all prefer the soft donut beds that you can get from other suppliers.

Reading some of the other reviews, I think I've just had a miss here, as I felt let down by some of the promises on the website in terms of service, delivery and communication. The website says they'll choose between 3 couriers to ensure the fastest delivery, however they then said once it was sent they only use StarTrack. There was a delay with my delivery that was not communicated to me until I emailed a few times. I could not find a phone number, no one was available for online chat each time I checked during business hours, and emails took 24 hours at times to get a response. I ended up trying Facebook messenger and that worked more effectively. I was advised they were only a small team of 2, and were doing their best which is something, however I suggested perhaps the promises made on the website needed to be reviewed in order to help them meet peoples expectations more. The product however is great quality and worth the money.

The bed felt quiet hard and even if it is firm It would be nice to have a soft cover to add some cushioning to it

Wuick delivery & good quality

The bed is great just as described nice and thick and firm… not too firm but nice and supportive so my girl and get up and down without sinking into it. Have only had it for a day so can’t comment as to how effective long term but first impression is great

Quick and efficient service. Pawpedics products are excellent quality and the XL bed and cover perfect for my Great Dane.

The dog bed is fabulous BUT no replacement covers. I have requested information on availability twice and been sent a ticket number in response but no advice. Their customer service is nonexistent. 1st ticket number received June 2022, 2nd January 2023.

Product I ordered is great quality and was delivered quickly with no problems.
