Pawsonalise Avis

No response to anything - nothing received. Why do they quote a shop address in India & a contact number in Canada!! AVOID SCAM

Ordered 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing. No reply to email or messages. Think it might be a scam. Just about to contact credit card company to try and get a refund. I would avoid at all costs

Gave help whe needed...and great quality canvas

Really like the picture we arranged, I'd use them again and recommend them as they service was very quick.

A little slow on email comms but no big issue.

I'd have loved it if we could have added a monacle or spectacles to the image.

Loved picture of my boxer in football shirt ,was very impressed

Definitely five stars thank you

Never received order and all of my emails have been ignored !

I ordered an item as a Xmas present on 9th December. On 10th December I received notification from the seller that the item had been sent by 48 hour tracked Royal Mail. Like most reviews on here I still haven't received it and Royal Mail advise that they are "Expecting it" from the seller. I don't believe that the item was ever sent and it is now 18th December. I have checked the tracking status every day for the past week and there has been no change. The seller has not responded to messages sent via Etsy, Facebook nor e mail for my request for support and is now ignoring my request for a refund
If this is how you run a small business then you deserve to fail and be exposed for the dirty scammers that you are!!

We loved our print! So good, can't wait to give us a gift.

The prints of my 2 dogs in their football kits are fantastic. Excellent quality and prompt delivery. My husband will be ever happy to display these on our wall.
Thanks again Pawsonalise, I will definitely be recommending your service to my family and friends.

Great finished product and quick turnaround .

Good quality product. Picture is gorgeous. Bought for a friend who’s potty about their dog so I’m sure they’ll love it

I have not received my order yet. In fact I have sent several emails over the last week without a reply. Very concerned that I have been scammed.

Fab gift. Great customer service and quality print. Looking forward to giving it as a present. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent purchase, very unique & personal. Well worth the cost. Speedy delivery and kept up to date at all points of manufacture. Highly recommend and plenty of choice

It was a great experience ordering from Pawsonalise they were quick as emailing back to say that me order was ready to view for approval and when I clicked into my order I thought wow it was looking awesome as it’s for my husband Christmas. I would definately order from your company again 😃🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
