Paws Pet Travel Avis

An all-round good reliable service - would recommend.

Excellent, seamless travel from France to UK. I would highly recommend them over any other pet transport service.

The company contacted me a day before the scheduled trip to introduce the driver and let me know all the arrangements. On the date of travel the driver was always in contact with me and replied quickly to any queries. When I was ready for pick-up he arrived promptly. The car was clean and more than sufficient for my requirements. The trip itself was very smooth and the driver’s experience with transporting pets made the whole journey a lot easier. The driver, Matt, was very friendly and made the whole trip more pleasant; he even paid for my sandwich when the service station wouldn’t accept my cash! Overall, a great service, would recommend.

The Paws Pet Travel team made transporting our dog from France to the UK so remarkably smooth, we’ll certainly avail of their services in the future. Lynda and Lisa were incredibly prompt and knowledgeable in guiding us through the entire process. While Matt made for a seamless transit from Calais to Folkestone. No pet taxi service can guarantee that the transit will be smooth and without any governmental bumps on the way, but the Paws Pet Travel team did their utmost to help us be prepared and to relieve any anxiety with the process. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service: Matt was very friendly and helpful. He was waiting for me at Calais station and navigated us through Eurotunnel quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend: top drawer.

I used a pet taxi service that travels from Paris to London. I was able to have enough conversations with Lynda (she was the most experienced and nicest person in this service) before the trip and all the schedules went smoothly. The drivers were also very kind and lovely, and helped me get to London quickly with the best driving skills. If I use a pet taxi again, of course I will use it here.

Lynda and her team are amazing. They dropped all to go an get my dog with others after their transport failed. Was able to track the transport to my very feet. Cannot thank or recommend them highly enough. Thanks again xx

They were amazing and dropped everything at the last minute to get my dog to me. They really care about what they do and my dog was very well looked after. Thank you

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing 5✨️

I cannot thank this service enough, it was such a stressful time getting my boy back from vietnam and they took all the stress and worry away. Sadly I couldn't make the trip to collect him from the airport at 24 hours notice Linda and the team were there collecting him at the airport! The whole process from start to finish was amazing and stressfree and very very affordable.
I just want to say a massive thank you to you all.
After a long journey to Europe my boy was well fed watered and even had lots of cuddles on ruote to me beautiful updates all the way!
Highly recommend this service I wouldn't look anywhere else.
Thank you for bringing my boy home..
All the best for the future 🥰

Lynda is very friendly and helpful. And she is real professional and have a very strong connection which makes our trip from Holland to UK very smooth. I would have no doubt to refer to other people for her excellent services!

I highly recommend paws pet travel they were amazing and so welcoming. They were able to accommodate me and my cats. Matt was so kind and attentive. Relocating from the US with pets is very stressful but they made the journey feel like a breeze.

Matt and Lynda went above and beyond to help me move my two cats back to the UK. Matt arrived on time and wasn't fazed by my larger-than-expected amounts of luggage. He drove like a machine and only stopped twice for a break/fuel/snacks, which we both agreed was the best plan. Then when we got to the UK, Lynda took over after a last minute driver cancellation and she took me the rest of the way, getting there 9:30pm, and she had to drive another 4/5hrs back home! It was the best travel experience I've had, so easy and smooth. I am so grateful for their excellent customer service and I couldn't recommend them more.

I arranged for my Chihuahua and myself to be met at CDG having travelled over from NYC. The arrangements were easy to make via email and Whatsapp contact info for the meetup on Paris was exchanged prior to leaving the US. The pick up at the airport was smooth and after a pleasant drive back to the UK we all made it in good time. Lynda is clearly vastly experienced in the logistics of these pickups and dropoffs so all in all a no stress move which was great.

Wow! Lynda is a life saver! We had to book one of our rescues transportation last minute and we’re feeling so stressed doing so! A friend who has a rescue in the UK referred Lynda and her team. Lynda is so sweet and professional. We would recommend them to everyone and will be using them again! Thank you Lynda!

Very professional and reliable. I have used them several times and hav en ever been disappointed

excellent services, they love pet very much. they can pick me up on time and take me back home safely, the can is big enough.

Paws Pet Travel recently helped us relocate my cats from France to the UK. Lynda was extremely helpful and made sure the journey worked around us. Matt and Liz did a wonderful job transporting our cats safely. I felt very reassured they were in safe and caring hands. We were kept up to date regarding how the journey was going. Excellent, wonderful, prompt and professional service. I would use this service again and highly reccomend. Thankyou Paws Pet Travel! / Lynda, Matt and Liz!

Lynda and her team were an absolute dream to work with. She took all the stress out of the final stage of our journey. As a single traveller Returning back from Canada to London via Paris, with a Cat, Dog and luggage was always going to be a challenge. We were meet straight out of arrivals by Mo and from there I could relax. He took care of everything and the journey was both comfortable and flawless. Thank you so much for an incredible service and without question worth every penny. The highest recommendation for Lynda and the team. Dale, Buster the beagle and Charlie the Cat :-)

Very good service. Lynda and my driver Pino are very nice. Pino drove great for a long distance. He helped me a lot and I really appreciate him. I will book the service again if I need. Thanks a lot.

Brilliant service from Lynda.
Today was the fourth time I’ve used Pawspettravel this year. As usual everything went smoothly and to time.
Lynda went out of her way to accommodate a last minute change to my travel times.
Highly recommend her pet taxi service.
