If I could give this negative stars I would. I only made an account never even used it and got charged for inactivity or something. Called customer service and they said they won't give it back.
Take away:
Extremely poor experience and stay away if your looking at pay advantage your better off never even considering them

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Approved my account without my confirmation and charged me a monthly subscription fee without even signing up for a subscription. Do not make the same mistake I did and get scammed

Do not trust them

I only enquired with them but I had to go through the process of giving my bank account details to verify money that would come in (they deposit $0.01). I have never confirmed going ahead with the services, I have actually never completed the paperwork and my ID verification, yet I have just realised that they have been paying themselves $44 for the last 2 months

STAY AWAY!!

Extremely poor and shocking customer service. Very rude and arrogant staff - no care at all for the customers. Don't release money until they've phoned all your customers (which they don't tell you about first!!) and they send you random fees constantly as they feel like

Super Efficient, Helpful they actually have direct Debit from both Bank Accounts and Credit Cards !!
Support team is always a phone call away to assist you !

Amazing Product

Amazing Product! Im a PT and its been so hard to find a company that does direct debit from both a bank account and a credit card. Support team are so easy to deal with and the product is user friendly. Highly reccomend

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Absolute shocking customer service. Rude and arrogant and absolutely zero compassion. The company increases rates whenever they want and begin to charge you the increased rates without even requiring an acknowledgement. The company's staff are very rude and condescending and do not have the basic human decency to hold up a a proper human to human conversation. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

PAY ADVANTAGE NEGATIVE REVIEW

I was not at all happy about my interactions with Pay Advantage. They went through every aspect of my bank accounts and all of my transactions for months with bank statements AND ASK YOU TO EXPLAIN TRANSACTIONS IN YOUR BANK STATEMENT. They also delayed payments from my customers, they lied about when they would get back to me, put on big new charges out of the blue that I was not aware of, and just changed the rules as they saw fit. I do not trust them and would never do business with them again. These are the facts of what happened and I'm not happy at all regardless of their response.
