In my home i was have wifi put the company they dont complete to connect the Internet in my house and they charge me whitout Net after i close the acc and i call them to check its close they say yes after 2 yaers send me need pay 2241£ for mo net and i move from house from 2 years

Sent me a demand for payment email to…
Sent me a demand for payment email to my mental health business under my art studio name. When i told them i never used three and the name they have isnt my legal one so it cant be used for any contracts, they then emailed back using my dogs name. So they are obviously stalking me and confused by what ever information theyre using. They filed for a ccj and i was able to submit a defence to the courts explaining this. Hopefully they will go away now. How embarrassing for a law firm to be so unprofessional and wrong.

They are scammers
They are scammers. They will send you fraudulent emails and texts for debts that don't even exist. Beware!!

Harrassment
This company have suddenly started harrassing me with constant phishing texts. Cunningly don't display a number so I can't block the spam. I don't owe anyone money, my credit file is clear. I've never had any dealings with the organisation mentioned in these texts. Edit: I tried to contact them via their website but you can't just send a message without first handing over all your personal details!

They are the scammers who are texting that three debts are outstanding. Though Three service said that there was nothing like this.

Complete scammers , please do not pay without looking into, had text & email threatening court action for a Klarna debt, nothing outstanding on Klarna ! Klarna reassured me that there was nothing owing so ignore !

Easy to use not everything needs filling in. Can pay off from bank direct or set a payment plan without lenthy forms pr even talking to someone or providing documents

Fraudulent CCJ threats
AJJB has never paused or responded to *any* emails with my concerns about their daily harassment with regards to a Three account I have no knowledge of, have not provided valid proof, and have ignored, repeatedly, the fact that they are required to cease contact with me until they provide proof of debt which is *valid*. They want to threaten people with CCJs but cannot back up these claims. I have received numerous texts, emails, but no actual letter of claim that they say they sent me!
Their complaints email is useless and is clearly not being checked. I urge anyone effected by this fraudulent company to complain to the FCA and SCA.

Trying to claim a debt that never existed
They have come after me for a debt to BT for a broadband connection. However, given that we are a remote company and our office address is virtual, it is quite astonishing. We have repeatedly explained this and they have been unable to provide any proof of supply (which would be impossible) but they fail to respond. They appear to not have procedures to check that their client has grounds for claims and their communication and complaints process appears non-existent.

I know they are a debt collection agency but they help in a massive way,none of the worries and threats of old but they go out of there way to help a single family so the stress is gone. Thank you

Subject: Double Payment Refund
İ am writing to lodge a formal complaint against AJJB Law Limited regarding a severe failure in your financial processing, customer service, and the unlawful withholding of my funds.
On 5 May 2026, I attempted to settle an outstanding balance of £1,335.35 owed to your client, Three. Due to a sudden internet connection failure during the transaction, the webpage refreshed, resulting in the payment being processed twice. As a result, a total of £2,670.70 was deducted from my bank account.
Since that date, I have contacted your customer support team via online chat every single day. I have provided absolute proof of this double deduction, including official bank statements and transaction receipts as requested by your agents.
Today is 22 May 2026, and despite my daily efforts and cooperation, AJJB Law Limited has failed to refund my overpayment of £1,335.35.
This situation is causing me immense emotional and financial distress. This amount is not trivial; it represents my entire family’s monthly household budget. I have a young child to care for, and your refusal to release my money immediately is severely impacting our livelihood. Furthermore, I am aware through public reviews that your company has a pattern of withholding refunds from individuals for up to a year. I will not allow this to happen.
Please be advised of the following actions I have taken and will take:
Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB): I have already sought advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau regarding your conduct.
Regulatory Reporting: I will be reporting AJJB Law Limited to the appropriate regulatory bodies (including the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)) to expose how your firm treats consumers.
Legal Action: If the full refund of £1,335.35 is not credited back to my bank account by Monday, 25 May 2026, I will instruct my newly appointed legal representative to initiate formal legal proceedings against your company without further notice.
I expect a prompt response confirming that the refund has been initiated today.
