Process of setting up the loan was very straightforward and all necessary information was provided. Overall a great service and allowed me to make a large purchase while conveniently spreading the cost.

Went with pay it monthly and I was surprised at how smooth the process actually was. The only real issue I had was when making my final payment the direct debit was taken the day after, but other than this it’s been really good to use

Regarding the direct debit - if a payment date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, it has to be taken the following working day, which is what happened with your last instalment. Hope that helps explain why that happened for you :)
