A wonderful experience!

A wonderful, warm, positive experience - I came away feeling listened to, especially as I had answers, I had a better understanding of my situation thanks to the expert advice I received from Laura, and the call ended with me feeling very positive about everything! Thank you Laura for that!
I spoke to Joey initially, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, who then connected me to Laura in another team to help me with my enquiry.
I was met with warmth, friendliness and despite my lack of knowledge, I was encouraged to ask questions, where I benefitted from the experience and expertise, and I have come away feeling really positive and I am so grateful for the friendly efficient and wise words, resulting in a path forward for me. Thank you Laura for making this such a positive experience! I was not expecting such stellar, sparkling help! Bless you!
