The process was faultless from start to finish. Picked a chair paid a deposit and paid the rest in monthly instalments. Everything explained and all went perfectly.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough. From start to finish we had amazing customer service. Responses within an hour. I asked for the bed to be delivered early as we was going out and it was really early. Fantastic company. Bed is unbelievable. So so happy

Wasted Time
We're a fast-growing UK clinical service that explored PayItMonthly as a customer finance option alongside our existing arrangements with Klarna and PayPal.
The first email and call from PayItMonthly confirmed our model was a fit, customers would simply need to sign T&Cs to release funds to us. We have this in writing on email from Darcy. A subsequent call reversed it entirely: PayItMonthly doesn't fund services, only the sale of physical goods. Their rep on this call said their colleague lied and it's not true?!
None of this is on their website. Two calls and an email exchange later, the answer was no.
Klarna and PayPal which are both FCA-regulated have funded our model without issue for years. Their documentation is clear on what they do and don't support. PayItMonthly's isn't, and the team we spoke to contradicted themselves between the first and second contact.
The frustration isn't the rejection, it's the wasted time. If "physical goods only" is the rule, that needs to be on page one of their site, not discovered after multiple calls. A "computer says no" outcome dressed up as a sales process.

Quite possibly the worst finance…
Quite possibly the worst finance company I’ve dealt with as a consumer. Be aware, this is unsecured finance and you have no rights if anything was to go wrong/ you need assistance with a retailer. I’d rather borrow from a loan shark then deal with this “company” again.

I can see you had a fair bit of communication with our customer team and they clearly explained why your request wasn't possible. It appears they also offered to try and help resolve the issue you had with the retailer as well.
As explained by our team, you entered an agreement with no joint liability so the actions you were quoting weren't relevant to the agreement, and any such communications needed to be taken up directly with the retailer.

Career progression method
This experience was good and allowed manageable monthly payments when needed to increase career progression. Always paid on time and every month. I was worried about taking this route of payment, but was reassured and felt more comfortable as time went on.
