I had to speak to several members of the team over a few days. On each occasion I was spoken to with professionalism , empathy & understanding of my situation.

I would like to thank Mrs. Courtney, for the way, she handled my request in a professional manner.
I gave 3 stars, because i think offering the best price for customers is important in this industry and I didn't get that best price. My renewal price was spiked by 45.16£. To lower it down, I had to increase my access, which is not what I wanted to do this morning.

Professional and easy to manage.
As far as setting everything up, the agents have been very helpful and the process is very simple. The portal works well and everything is electronic so it is easy to find all your documents.
I have not had to make a claim yet but hopefully, if the time comes, it's as straightforward as everything has been since.
