You get what you pay for…
As an Independent Mortgage Consultant I used to recommend Uinsure to my mortgage clients. When I retired I took my own advice and used Uinsure for my own personal building and contents insurance and added legal assistance and home emergency cover too.
At renewal, they re broke my policy for me and it really takes the sting out of renewal. Plus they have trace and access cover in the policy too - you get what you pay for!

The whole process was professionally carried out from getting the quote and taking out the policy.Both advisors that I spoke to were excellent and the insurance price was very competitive.

Well I spoke to Nathan and he was so gentle, professional and patient. He took me through all the options and gave me the best price, he was so confident of the price he gave me and asked me to shop around if I wanted, which I did and realised his price was the best. I remember him talking fast and I cut him off to go slower he apologised and spoke slowly. It was a nice experience and I am happy with my purchase.

Good prices for an all round home insurance policy …
Price was very good for the product I purchased but systems are quite outdated which makes it quite awkward to take out and maintain a new policy. Also I thought I was buying an M&S product but it isn’t and therefore the reward points are greatly reduced when paying with my M&S credit card. Also no customer service lines open at the weekend so if you want to take out a policy then and have queries then you are stuck . Staff were very helpful but it’s a shame that their systems don't make it easy for them to help customers
