We have been with RBS insurance for…
We have been with RBS insurance for years and totally panicked when I received an email supposedly from them to say that Direct Line would be taking them over. I popped into the bank and asked if this was correct. The chap in the bank was greatand said that no Direct Line was not taking them over. He got me a quote there and then which was saved for me to discuss with My Husband. We changed a few things with the cover as we needed a higher amount of cover which was so easy to do. Quote accepted and activated in 10 minutes and I am so pleased to say that I can now relax knowing that we are covered with a dependable insurance again . Also saved money on last years insurance . Very happy

Very professional and supportive but the explanation of the terms and conditions and of the options is very fast and not particularly easy to understand, but at the same time the telephone call is already very long, si it is not realistically possible to have slower explanations
