The person to whom I spoke was very helpful and polite. She also managed to negotiate a time-lag on the phone which made asking and answering questions tricky. Well done!

Excellent customer service.
Started the insurance quote online but had a query so phoned the 016 number at the top of the screen. It was answered in a few mins and that was about midday. The advisor took me through the whole quote and I was very happy with the result and accepted it straightaway. The advisor was excellent and very thorough.

I spoke with Beth for the first time with company for house & buildings insurance. I explained to her , since my husband passed 2 yrs ago, I'm a bit anxious doing the insurance which he normally dealt with. But I needn't hav worried. Beth was very friendly & explained everything & things I wasn't sure about , she spoke me through it. And she didn't want me to rush into accepting the quote she had given me ( which may i add, I was very happy with), after giving her my details, she would call me before my insurance due date, jst to make sure I was happy with everything, which i thought was very kind of her. So thank you to Beth for making it very easy & stress free for me.
