Very professional and simple process
Very professional and simple to get a quote. A few extra options which were explained clearly, with no push for me to accept them. The whole process was smooth and we found prices to be competitive.

Excellent customer service
It was really nice to speak to a real person not some stupid bot. A follow on phone call was booked for a certain time and kept too. Very good price for the policy.

Making it impossible to go on a new policy
I’m sorry but I’m getting frustrated now. I called in for a landlord insurance quote and was assured that all I needed was to provide the quote reference for it to go through when I call back but that’s not been the case.
Each time I call in it’s either I’m dropped off when I’m on hold or I manage to speak to someone and get put on hold multiple times and then the call just drops suddenly now I have to start all over again.
Very disorganised and time wasting.

Quick and very efficient
I made the enquiry through their employee who passed it onto the correct department. Less than 10 minutes later I had a telephone call and an email with details, prices (monthly and annual options) and whether or not I needed to talk to a person or could go onto pay. I chose the latter and got it all done and dusted in a matter of minutes.
