Daniel at Wakefield branch.
Daniel at Wakefield branch was very friendly, professional and informative. He helped us to see that we were paying far too much for our home insurance and so we switched to NatWest. I’ve been in NatWest bank since I was 18. 52 years!! He also helped me to get a credit card and look into ISAs.

I recently arranged my mortgage and home insurance with NatWest, and the whole experience was very easy and straightforward. I would especially like to thank Waqar for his excellent help and support throughout the process. He was very professional, friendly and always available to answer my questions and explain everything clearly.
Waqar made the whole process much easier and less stressful for me. I’m really pleased with the service I received from NatWest and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage and home insurance.

No one answered when I telephoned
No one answered when I telephoned. Had intended to pay my premium this year in one payment. Because I could not get to speak to someone I have had to proceed with monthly payments which actually costs more. An improvement here would be good and cheaper!!!
