A very bad company, very bad UI, very bad customer experience, annoying to deal with on the backend. Would not recommend. Trustpilot needs a 0 star option for these folks

Wish we would have purchased Payrange YEARS ago!
Being entirely new to such technology for our laundry systems at our apartment communities can be a bit intimidating. The payrange team patiently worked with us to help get us up and running. The software interface is intuitive and comprehensive. By the time we had worked through a couple systems, we had it down. It is so much better than what we had, (card readers) but their system allowed us to use both so we could continue to service some of our more elderly residents who would not likely ever download an app. Special thanks to Tony, Ian and Christoph for jumping into the fray when we needed it!

Instead of relying on ai, real people rolled up their sleeves and found real solutions, leaving their contact information for future needs.
Best Card solution for Laundromats
We implemented PayRange in our store about 2 years ago. Their strong customer centric technology has meet our business and customer's needs. Their patented Bluetooth technology is fault proof and works great with all our machines. Their Blue key product combined with the kiosk option gives customers the ability to pay via card and their app. PayRange is the only solution in the market that helps laundromat owners shift to accepting card payments in their stores at a reasonable cost. Their customer service is great and the ROI has been very positive for our store. We are happy to support a local Portland company and intend to do business with them for a long time.

Great Tech Support
I called for help with installing the PayRange on washers and dryers that have a card reader installed. I wanted to have both payment sources run simultaneously. The Tech that helped me set up a zoom meeting with me while I was onsite and he determined I needed an additional harness. Later that day I received a follow up call to confirm the correct harness was being sent out. The support and engineer team was excellent with following up and making sure that everything was working, even on the weekend

Still the best option to enter into digital paymen options
We invested into payrange several years ago, gaining mobile payment options for customers at a fraction of the cost of other systems. Recently ordered additional devices and it took several months to get order resolved. We requested their website be updated for dexter c series harnesses to avoid future issues. Tech communication is always helpful with good communication once we talk to the correct person.

PayRange for The WIN!!
I first saw PayRange in Orlando at The Clean Show!! I was initially attracted because of the price point. I had looked at multiple other payment options for laundromats and vending machines. I signed a contract with them that day and the rest of the experience has been EXCEPTIONAL.
At first, I had concerns about on boarding and installation of the equipment. Rest assured it was seamless with the help of Sierra and Ian. These account specialist were very through and patient to make sure I was completely comfortable with the PayRange Process.
Then comes the installation!! My biggest concern about PayRange was getting sent a box of equipment and trying to troubleshoot it on my own!! Rest assured they have a first class staff from day one to help install every machine as well as kiosk. Brian and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the installation process.
Here’s the KICKER!! Two days later I’m having some issues with connectivity and I reach out to Brian (Installation Tech). He immediately makes contact with multiple technicians from PayRange to rectify the issues. Next…my phone rings and I receive a call from Christoff the COO of PayRange. He assures me someone will be on-site within the week to sure up any issues.
5 days later Brian is back in Alabam at both of my locations and has all machines operating with precision!!
I have been in the Drycleaning and Laundromat Industry for 20+ years. The level of service from Day 1 until all equipment was running accurately was EXCEPTIONAL. If you’re in the business for a CashLess Payment System you can rest assured PayRange CAN DELIVER!

In all reality it's a negative 5 star rating. This company should be band from the market! Not only do the machines fail to work a lot.. but the system they have is run by nitwits.. ! By system I mean , A I communication ( which can't communicate with anyone ) to not even knowing where there machines are located.. also getting a repair man out to fix it ( again ).. EVERYONE LET BAND THIS COMPANY FOR EVER...

The added cost is bull
The added cost is bull, I can barely wash my clothes because of the cost and to add more money to the price is wrong. I guess I will just wash my clothes in my bathtub.

I could not rate Pay Range low enough.
I agree with the woman whp said she'd give PayRange zero stars if possible. Why osn't that possible. I had to go for more than a weekend without washing after going down 13 floors and loading the machine, not to mention the Clorox that was added. The app did not work. The building sent maintenance the following week, and he discovered it was the app, not me, that was the problem. Now, I'm on week three of NO clean wash because the app refused to let me change my payment method. Not to mention the two times I accidentally hit the amount to wash rather than the amount to dry. This has been an issue since PayRange was installed in our building.
