Very customer oriented. Made it quick and easy. Don't like that I had to do a minimum of 3 when I only needed 1 as I had already done the other two a few weeks prior. But the product is awesome.

Could be easier
I liked the convenience of creating a paystub online. For the most part it was somewhat easy. There should be clearer instructions on how to change a paystub once it is downloaded. I was charged three times when changes were needed. The first was forcing the calculation not do a whole years total when needing one week due to a new job. The second change was not knowing how to change the check number at first.
