We've been using Atoa for almost six months now and i'm very satisfied with the savings and instant payouts. I'll admit we were a bit skeptical in the beginning but the service is reliable and care has been good. We're saving 55% on every payment taken with Atoa instead of our old Barclaycard machine and the cash lands in my account in a few seconds. Have recommended to two businesses owners I know personally and both are happily transacting. Good work.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Atoa. Despite running a well-established business for several years with a stellar reputation, they abruptly suspended my account without warning or explanation. Their response cited vague factors such as “company age, online reviews, credit ratings,” but refused to provide specific reasons.

For context, my credit score is a perfect 100, my company has 152 Google reviews with an impressive average rating of 4.9/5, and we have been recognized with multiple awards and certifications for our excellence. Given this track record, Atoa’s actions are baffling and unjustified.

Their refusal to offer transparency or allow future applications is unprofessional and a direct contradiction to their claim of supporting small businesses. I strongly urge others to reconsider using Atoa. Their lack of accountability and arbitrary decision-making could leave your business at risk without proper explanation or recourse.

Atoa is hands down the best payment system I have ever used. Customer service is second to non and transaction fee is the lowest i have seen. I just wish I had discovered them sooner!!
