Just connected our Point One till system with ATOA for customers to pay by Bank to Bank - and it works like a dream. QR codes on tables enable each customer to pay for their bill directly and each magically cashes off on Point One. Saves us a lot of time and credit card fees!

Great app, easy to use, quick payments (5 seconds and it's confirmed in our account), good rates, very convenient way to pay for any customer with online banking app on their phone. We were so lucky we had set up Atoa the day before our entire internet went down for an entire day. It enabled us to take payments where ordinarily, we wouldn't have been able to, a real life saver.

What an amazing payment service. We’ve increased our deposit payments of up to 265% in 1 month as there is 4 clicks to make payment. Payments super cheap, instant cash in your account, send payment links, QR codes to make payments in the treatment rooms. No need to hoard the reception. Plus great customer service from Saf, he’s there whenever we need him. Thanks

A member of the Atoa promotion team - Kim, who was lovely, popped into my aesthetic clinic to show me a new easy way my clients could pay direct from their bank to mine in only a few seconds. I was blown away, not only by the fact it was so quick and easy and free to set up but also by the ability to send payment links to my clients, to request booking deposits whilst on the phone to them, straight into my account. Also very happy that there is no contract, and only getting charged the very low transaction fee at the end of each month and nothing else. I love it and hardly ever use my card machine now. A MUST HAVE for all businesses.

Really poor service. Attempted to register my business, kept rejecting one of the three documents, wouldn't tell me which one so just had to keep doing it. No e-mails from them whatsoever just a bit shady.

Tried to log in today 'account suspended' no reason given, no e-mails nothing. Really not impressed.

Introduced to Atoa by my Barber, Sam. He doesn’t accept debit cards as they are too expensive for him and people are always forgetting to bring cash (haircut and run?).

Now they just scan a QR code at the barber chair and approve the payment from their Bank App.

After one or two payments you get the hang of it, it’s pretty easy to use. Interesting way to pay without cards or cash and helps local businesses save money on card fees which is good.

We were defrauded by an online retailer 'GoSaveOnline' using your payment platform. There appears to be no protection for consumers other than your vetting procedures which were sadly lacking in this case. The company concerned has a negative balance sheet. We will be making a complaint to the FCA and we initiate a social media campaign to warn others not to pay for goods using open banking.

Wow, my business was activated for using the QR code instant pay within the last two weeks. It’s been amazing. The interest rate in comparison to excepting debit/credit cards have cut by more than half the amount that I was paying. My customers money credits my account with immediate effect and what I find makes my business look so professional, is the fact that from my Atoa app, I can request any payments due by sending an sms or WhatsApp. The customer just presses on the message and it pays my bill within seconds.

I have only good things to say about this clever app. I run a small business and have only recently started taking card payments. I had a quick demo online, then signed up and everything has worked swimmingly ever since. Nice touch to receive a calico bag with the point of sale barcode, and first two weeks no fee protocol has made a huge difference to me. All the clients who have used it so far have been really impressed too. Easily five stars :)

Just signed up and it’s been very easy, fantastic support and the team are really friendly and approachable. Transactions are very easy and instant! Overall very happy.

For a small business like myself this type of payment service it's game changer. It's so nice to see that they are still systems on the market that are not ripping you off with their fees

Unbelievable product and service! So easy to use cannot believe how quick the transaction comes into my account! And most importantly the amount of money my salon is now saving is a game changer! Atoa also have fantastic customer service so friendly and helpful. Cannot recommended highly enough.

Brilliant, that's it. So easy to install and set up and use. I will save money on fees etc too. No waiting 3 - 5 days for your money, now its 3 - 5 seconds, vast improvement.
