Great help had a charging issue . Cleaned the port works perfectly and fitted a new screen protector . Very nice and helpful.

I recently reached out to PC Revamp York, through their online appointment system, for a screen replacement and hinge repair for my Samsung Flip. The staff were prompt in their response and quite accommodating of my circumstance in terms of fixing my phone within a specific timeline. They kept me updated over the progress of the repair, particularly from the some follow on issues from fixing rhe screen. They showcased incredible patience and valued customer satisfaction. Thanks to the dedicated staff,   this is one issue off my list.

We took our laptop in for repair, unfortunately it wasn't possible. The service and communication was fantastic. We finally bought a new Acer laptop from them and they transferred absolutely everything on to it. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service from PC revamp the other day. The team kept me up to date as to what was happening, ordering parts etc; My ipad was done , home and working in 2days . I always use this team they look after all the customers , there a great team I couldn't fault them! The prices are the best in York. I recommend to everyone to try these brilliant people. Brilliant from start to finish. Quick response via email regarding my laptop screen. Advised to do online booking which was very easy to navigate. Clear communication all the way through via text on appointment date with a reminder. Brilliant people who who work in the shop who had my laptop fixed within 3 hours. This was the best service i have ever had... Filled online request .i got the ipad Generation WRONG but it didn't matter, they spotted was 9 not 10 and they had the parts in. Dropped off lunchtime ready by teatime.... Kept shop open for me b bcoz traffic was bad

Brought my phone in to be repaired. They ran diagnostics. They replaced the front screen and back glass. It was a great service and I would highly recommend them.

Had an issue with a laptop black screen, the problem was diagnosed, parts ordered and repaired within a couple of days. Very professional, courteous and friendly as they always are. Pricing is very competitive and they always go that extra mile to ensure things are as good as possible. Would definitely recommend.

Went in a few days ago looking for an HDMI cable, the only one in store was too short for my TV, the guy went into the back and found one for me and gave it for free. Lovely customer service and super nice gesture, would recommend!
