I really enjoyed the Zoom Steering to Success day with many different figures from the industry taking part. I took away several things to work on within my own lessons and company which I had never thought of before. Well laid out and I liked the fact the comments were controlled in a way so there was not loads of people trying to talk over each other constantly. Will certainly be doing more CPD via PDIADI again 👍
The session gave me a much clearer understanding of the standards check process and, more importantly, how to communicate effectively and meet the needs of my learners. The facilitators explained everything in a way that was practical, relevant, and easy to apply straight away can't wait to re-listen to the material. I left feeling more confident, better prepared, and far more aware of what high‑quality instruction looks like

An information packed hour long zoom which was really well managed. Whilst I didn't learn lots of things it gave me huge reassurance that what I do is good. Will definitely be looking at other courses as a way of completing cpd
