A great insight into how we as humans can overthink things and therefore heighten anxiety, especially at times when we could do without it, such as when undertaking your part 3 exam!
All the (fast) techniques shown in the videos really helped me to remain calm throughout my exam and it even stopped my leg from shaking 🫨 so I felt more confident in front of my student and the examiner. A great tool to also share with your students for their tests too.
