went on to the compare the market site for touring caravan insurance peacock insurance came up with a good price so I got in touch with the company to go over things spoke to a lovely guy named Tony who went through the cover explaining everything for the cover required making sure I had all the information I needed nothing was to much trouble for him.
So I bought the policy
I was very pleased with the service I got would recommend the company
And the company should be proud of Tony for his polite customer services

I was in the market for a new insurance provider for our touring caravan as the existing policy renewal price was unreasonable; Peacock's quoted a fair price online for the cover required and so I called them to clarify a few points and what a surprisingly delightful experience that proved to be... a very helpful and extremely polite young man named Tony provided me with all the information I needed and also answered my questions thoroughly. So, I accepted the quote and bought the cover there and then; I’m just waiting for the policy documents to follow now. Thanks Tony, excellent job!

I was looking for buildings house insurance on the internet and I spoke with Evan from Peacock Insurance services - whilst I had never prior to this known of Peacock, I was reassured by Evan and very pleased with the way I was treated. I was especially pleased with the price of the buildings insurance which he managed to find for me.

Evan was definitely almighty 😄 in arranging cover for our caravan, he even explored options to make sure we had the best price possible, he reassured us that the policy was with a reputable underwriter and highlighted exclusions and endorsements so no hidden surprises.

I have to say Evan was brilliant. He was knowledgeable, polite and really helpful. The policy we agreed to take met our needs and concerns, with all questions being answered. And this policy was £180 cheaper than our renewal from elsewhere.

I was looking for a competitive quote at renewal for our touring caravan and called to check all details and the quote given on compare site. Tony Jones was so patient with me and answered all my questions I needed to feel comfortable when switching , didn't even bother to look elsewhere he was polite , friendly and never once pushed me into making a quick decision unlike my existing insurer who would only consider giving me a discount if I agreed to go ahead then and there. The renewal price , even with discount was considerably higher like for like. It wasnt price that attracted , although that was good it was Tony's good service ad reassurances that I was dealing with a good organisation

We were viewing a caravan with regard to buying it, we live in West Devon and the caravan was in Swansea. I contacted Peacock Ins. for a quote prior to viewing it and decided to purchase, I called and spoke to Evan who arranged for the policy to be put in force, although the legal speak was a bit longwinded he was able to sort the policy and we brought the caravan home.So far I am pleased with the service and long may it continue

I have just made a purchase for touring caravan insurance and spoke with Evan, as all previous reviews say, he is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and I found him to be exactly the same. I would happily recommend him and the team when buying a policy.
When a company calls you after checking their website I normally find this annoying but on this occasion Evan was so courteous and friendly was able to answer questions confidently that I took the policy out there and then.
