Peacock insurance phoned me when I was looking for a quote for household insurance, I spoke to someone called Evan Clarke and he couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful with my queries. I’ve spoken to a few insurance companies over the last few days…..Evan was a star compared to the rest!

First contact via Martin Lewis Money Expert. Their quote was about 3rd cheapest out of 28 received. I then did my own online research about Peacock Insurance. Reviews read well. Rang Peacock insurance and spoke to Regan Olley. Very straight forward information and helpful. Quite happy to send all info in paper format. We live in a very rural area and no computer. I decided to take out a home insurance having had to chase Howden who 'recently took over aplan'. Noticeable lower standard of customer service and vast increase in premium. We have never claimed on house insurance which has run for over 30yrs..
